Offer temporary interim partial subletting of approx. 70 sqm of my 90 sqm flat from 01.05. to 30.09.2024 (possibly somewhat variable) The flat is furnished and fully equipped and is located in Neuehrenfeld near the beautiful Lenauplatz. I myself will keep a (lockable) room there, but will only be present sporadically during this time. That leaves 2 rooms, kitchen/living room, hallway, bathroom with tub and window. NR-room (outside of course ok) Also a large balcony (gas barbecue), bicycle cellar, washing machine/laundry room. Also dishwasher available, but NO WLAN! (at the latest here the wheat is separated from the chaff...) The rubbish collection also comes regularly. The best main tenants ever live in the house, nobody else. Super connection: KVB 8 min, station Ehrenfeld 15 min walking distance. Motorway 5-10min if you have a car. Parking still for free in the neighbourhood. A nice little street at the front, a real urban jungle with lots of greenery, squirrels, sparrows and magpies, etc. at the back. And all this in the immediate vicinity of Blücherpark! The flat is located in Eisheiligenstraße, an absolutely quiet neighbourhood, where the Veedelskultur prevails! I am therefore looking for relaxed people who want to live there temporarily ("with") and not scare away the neighbours as long as I am not there! Therefore NO party people! Not AfD voters anyway!!! About me: I am 47 years old, pedagogue, tolerant, young at heart, despite everything FC fan and part-time eco Photos are only an impression! Of course, I'm still working on and partially clearing them out. More pictures or personal tour on request. Costs: 1300€ all in per month. That's it. Ich selbst behalte dort ein (abschließbares) Zimmer, werde in dieser Zeit aber nur sporadisch anwesend sein. Übrig bleiben also 2 Zimmer, Wohnküche, Flur, Bad mit Wanne und Fenster. NR-Bude (draußen natürlich ok) Außerdem ein großer Balkon (Gasgrill) Fahrradkeller, WaMa/Waschkeller. Auch SpüMa vorhanden, dafür aber KEIN WLAN! (spätestens hier trennt sich die Spreu vom Weizen...) Die Müllabfuhr kommt auch regelmäßig. Die besten Hauptvermieter ever wohnen mit im Haus, sonst niemand. Super Anbindung: KVB 8 Min, Bhf Ehrenfeld 15 Min fußläufig. Autobahn 5-10Min wer ne Karre hat. Parking noch for free im Veedel. Vorne ein nettes Sträßchen, hinten raus echter Großstadtdschungel mit viel Grün, Eichhörnchen, Sprecht und Elster, usw. Und das alles dazu noch in direkter Nähe vom Blücherpark! Die Wohnung liegt in der Eisheiligenstraße, absolut ruhige Nachbarschaft, hier herrscht Veedelskultur! Ich suche daher entspannte(n) Menschen, die dort vorübergehend ("mit")wohnen wollen und mir nicht die Nachbarn vergraulen, solang ich nicht da bin! Daher KEIN Partyvolk! AfD-Wähler sowieso nicht!!! Zu mir: ich bin 47Jahre, Pädagoge, tolerant, junggeblieben, trotz allem FC-Fan und Teilzeit-Öko Fotos dienen lediglich als Impression! Wird natürlich noch auf- und teilweise auch ausgeräumt.
