We, Dori, Matze and Charli, want to go on parental leave together for a few months. During this time, we would like to sublet our spacious flat to lovely people. Hard facts: - Period: Feb to June - Size of the flat: 93sqm - 3 rooms: 30sqm room with balcony, 20sqm room, 10sqm room, large hallway - furnished incl. kitchen and bathroom equipment - Price: 1250€ warm - Deposit: 500€ - suitable for 1-3 (4) persons The three of us currently live here as two adults with a baby. The flat is ideal as a 2- or 3-person shared flat, as a family (also a form of shared flat) or even alone (although it is quite large for this). The flat is currently furnished as follows: there is a large living room with a sofa bed and balcony, a slightly smaller room with a spacious bed (2.10 m wide) and another medium-sized room with a bed, desk and sofa. There are fitted wardrobes everywhere. Depending on the constellation and wishes, we can also reorganise the whole thing. Basically, we want to leave our furniture in for use, but we will also be guided by the needs of potential subtenants in consultation with them. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a table where you can spend time together. Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend als 2er oder 3er WG, als Family (auch eine Form der WG) oder gar alleine (wobei sie dafür schon ganz schön groß ist). Aktuell ist die Wohnung so eingerichtet: es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Balkon, ein etwas kleineres Zimmer mit geräurigem Bett als "Liegewiese" (2,10m breit) und ein weiteres mittelgroßes Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Couch. Überall sind Einbauschränke vorhanden. Je nach Konstellation und Wünschen können wir das ganze auch umstrukturieren. Grundsätzlich wollen wir unsere Möbel zur Nutzung drin lassen, orientieren uns dabei aber auch in Absprache an den Bedürfnissen potentieller Untermieter*innen.
