The impressve park facility "MüGa" is only 150m away from the flat. A perfect place to enjoy relaxing or even to go out for dinner / having a drink at "Ronja", one of the best restaurants in town. MüGa also has an entry point to the magnificent Cycle Path ("Radschnellweg") which extends to the neighbour cities Essen and Duisburg. There is a tram and bus station very close to the flat (~150m). The the central station is 1,6 km away, so you need only 5 minutes by tram. You may also go by bike passing the MüGa and accessing the Cycle Path "Radschnellweg" ( less than 10 minutes). Or even walking is an option (about 20 minutes). In the vicinity you will find shopping, restaurants, bakeries and stores.
