Bem servido de serviços e comercio de bairro (tem ainda 2 minimercados e 1 farmácia a 5mn a pé), estacionamento gratuito e transportes públicos vários (15mn do Metro e 20 mn para comboio, assim como os principais eixos viários da cidade mesmo à mão para acesso a Sintra, Costa da Caparica ou centro da cidade).
Benfica tem uma grande oferta de comércio e serviços, espaços verdes (o jardim mais próximo fica a 5mn a pé). Cerca de dois terços do Parque Florestal de Monsanto, a maior área verde da cidade de Lisboa, fazem parte da freguesia de Benfica. Por lá podemos encontrar a possibilidade de planear vários roteiros a pé ou de bicicleta e partir à descoberta dos vários lugares únicos que a floresta esconde como o Panorâmico de Monsanto, o Parque Recreativo do Alto da Serafina ou as bonitas vistas da Alameda Keil do Amaral.

There is one more room that will not be available, as it is an apartment inhabited by me and my son (the closed room belongs to my son).
