It has a small chapel from the 13th century and a restaurant. Other pathways and tours can take you to the Serra de Tramuntana mountains (declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO) through small valleys or to the area known as Es Pla de Mallorca, a flatter area in the centre of the island.Important information

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. Tiene magníficas vistas al campo y tiene capacidad para 8 personas.
Los espacios al aire libre son magníficos. Dispone de una piscina de agua salada de 50 m2, con una profundidad que oscila entre 0,5 my 2,10 my un jacuzzi integrado y una zona con agua corriente, gracias a la cual podrá relajarse y desconectar del estrés y la rutina diaria. Hay una ducha exterior y 6 tumbonas para tomar el sol. En el exterior encontrará una amplia zona vallada con árboles frutales. Esta propiedad tiene dos edificios, el principal y otro junto a la piscina. La casa principal dispone de un fantástico porche amueblado de 50 m2, perfecto para pasar inolvidables veladas al aire libre con familiares y amigos. Junto al porche, hay una gran terraza de 60 m2 donde los más pequeños pueden jugar tranquilos, pero siempre bajo la supervisión de un adulto. El edificio junto a la piscina consta de quincho fijo, amplia cocina-comedor, baño completo y área de lavado. Gracias a este segundo edificio, tienes un acceso más directo a la piscina y sus alrededores.Esta casa de 290m2, distribuida en dos plantas, dispone de cuatro habitaciones: una doble en la planta baja y tres en la primera (una doble con baño en suite, otra con literas y otra con cama nido). Todos los dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado. Una cuna está disponible bajo petición. Hay cuatro baños que dan servicio a toda la casa: uno en la planta baja con ducha y los tres en la primera planta (uno con bañera de hidromasaje, uno en suite y ducha de hidromasaje, y otro con ducha de hidromasaje). La casa está equipada con calefacción central de gasoil. El salón comedor, con aire acondicionado, es ideal para relajarse viendo la televisión por satélite (canales alemanes y franceses) o leyendo un buen libro. El comedor es un lugar agradable para compartir el almuerzo o la cena con sus seres queridos. La cocina independiente utiliza gas y está totalmente equipada. Hay una lavadora, una plancha y una tabla de planchar.La propiedad está muy bien comunicada por lo que en pocos minutos podrá llegar a Inca, un pueblo con todas las comodidades posibles, incluyendo una gran variedad de tiendas, restaurantes, el mercado tradicional todos los jueves, etc. En Inca encontrará una gran variedad de tiendas y restaurantes de pescado fresco, carnes de alta calidad, pizzas, pastas, sushi, tapas, menús degustación o cocina tradicional mallorquina. Todos los jueves se lleva a cabo un gran mercado por las calles principales de Inca, que se convierten en un lugar bullicioso.Alrededor de la finca encontrará diferentes caminos perfectos para caminar, hacer excursiones cortas, andar en bicicleta y subir al Puig de Santa Magdalena, una colina con magníficas vistas de toda la isla. Tiene una pequeña capilla del siglo XIII y un restaurante. Otros caminos y recorridos te pueden llevar a la Serra de Tramuntana (declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO) a través de pequeños valles o al paraje conocido como Es Pla de Mallorca, una zona más llana en el centro de la isla.Información importante
