Das Schwimmbad ist zwischen 0,5 m und 1,6 m tief und wird mit Chlor gereinigt. Zur Außenanlage gehören verschiedene Terrassen und eine Veranda, damit jeder sein Lieblingsplätzchen findet. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es eine Minigolfanlage, sodass keine Langeweile aufkommt. Der Tag lässt sich am Besten bei einem herzhaften Barbecue mit Freunden beenden. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf 240 m2 und 3 Ebenen. Zwei Doppelbettschlafzimmer liegen in der 1. Etage, das dritte ist in der 1. Etage untergebracht und hat 1 Doppelbett und ein En-Suite Duschbad.
