Het biedt accommodatie voor 6 personen. Het huis is gelegen in een landbouw- en veeteeltbedrijf, waar er dag in dag uit werk is, en met nog twee bewoonde gebouwen. De aangelegde buitenkanten zijn prachtig. Alles rondom is groen en bloemrijk, met veel planten en lokken die prachtige hoeken creëren waar je je kunt losmaken. De lange vorm van het zwembad, met een afmeting van 15 x 4 meter, nodigt uit tot het maken van wat lengtes. Het is een chloorbad met een diepte van 0,90 tot 1,90 meter die wordt gedeeld met de rest van de buren op het perceel. Daarnaast zijn er 6 ligstoelen en twee parasols, een schommelbank om te ontspannen en een gemeubileerde veranda. De eigenaren zorgen voor het milieu en u vindt zonnepanelen bij de accommodatie. U krijgt toegang tot de boomgaard, onder toezicht van de eigenaar en al zijn fruitbomen zoals olijf-, citroen- en amandelbomen.
