This beautiful house is located in the centre of one of the most emblematic villages in the island. Mallorcan traditions and roots are really preserved here. In order to enjoy the good weather, the house features a spacious terrace furnished with a large garden table and chairs where you can not only enjoy long evenings with your loved ones but also delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The house is in the town centre and there are direct neighbours. This is a great house which still preserves the Mallorcan personality of the building but, at the same time, with all modern comforts so that you can feel at home. From the terrace you enter the spacious living-dining room equipped with a large and cosy sofa, satellite TV and air-conditioning for the hottest days. The kitchen is independent and you will find it fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven microwave and a little table with 4 chairs to cook in good company. You will also find the old well in the kitchen, a traditional architectonic element that has been kept (although with no use nowadays). There is also a laundry area in the house with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A little toilet with basin and WC completes the ground floor. The original stairs lead to the 1st floor where there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed, a walk-in closet and it is air-conditioned. The other one has two twin beds and a closet. A shower bathroom completes this floor. Going upstairs once more where we find the last bedroom with a double bed, a fan and a beautiful en-suite shower bathroom. This floor also offers a terrace where our guests can admire the views over the Pla de Mallorca. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request. This large house also presents a little playing room on the basement. Montuiri is a wonderful village located over a little hill and surrounded by wind mills, the perfect example of the traditional and rural Mallorca. Our guests will find peace and calm in here. Para disfrutar del buen tiempo, cuenta con una espaciosa terraza amueblada con una gran mesa y sillas de exterior en la que podremos no solo disfrutar de largas veladas en buena compañía, sino también de deliciosas carnes y verduras a la barbacoa. La casa se encuentra en el casco urbano de la localidad y tiene vecinos directos.Se trata de una gran casa que sigue contando con el carácter mallorquín de su construcción pero que a su vez cuenta con todas las modernidades y comodidades de hoy en día para que te sientas como en tu casa. Desde la terraza se accede al amplio salón comedor que está equipado con un gran y cómodo sofá, televisión por satélite y aire acondicionado, en caso de que el calor apriete. La mesa de comedor es uno de esos elementos antiguos que casa perfectamente con las 6 modernas sillas. La cocina es independiente y la encontrarás completamente equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, lavavajillas, microondas y una mesa auxiliar con 4 sillas para cocinar en buena compañía. En la cocina también se encuentra la antigua cisterna, un elemento que se ha conservado por su valor arquitectónico pero que hoy en día ya no se usa. Volvemos a subir las escaleras a la segunda planta para encontrar el último dormitorio, con cama doble y abuhardillado, tiene un ventilador, armario y un preciosos baño en-suite con ducha. Het heeft een capaciteit voor 6 personen. Dit prachtige huis is gelegen in het centrum van een van de meest karakteristieke dorpen op het eiland. Mallorcaanse tradities en wortels worden hier echt bewaard. Om te genieten van het goede weer, beschikt het huis over een ruim terras met een grote tuintafel en stoelen waar u niet alleen kunt genieten van lange avonden met uw geliefden, maar ook van heerlijke gebarbecued vlees en groenten. Het huis ligt in het centrum van de stad en er zijn directe buren. Dit is een geweldig huis dat nog steeds de Mallorcaanse persoonlijkheid van het gebouw behoudt, maar tegelijkertijd van alle moderne gemakken is voorzien, zodat u zich thuis kunt voelen. Vanaf het terras komt u in de ruime woon-eetkamer met een grote en gezellige bank, satelliet-tv en airconditioning voor de heetste dagen. De keuken is onafhankelijk en u vindt het volledig uitgerust met een keramische kookplaat, een oven magnetron en een kleine tafel met 4 stoelen om te koken in goed gezelschap. Je zult ook de oude put in de keuken vinden, een traditioneel architectonisch element dat bewaard is gebleven (hoewel het tegenwoordig geen nut heeft). Er is ook een wasruimte in het huis met een wasmachine, een strijkijzer en een strijkplank. Een klein toilet met wastafel en toilet completeert de begane grond. De originele trap leidt naar de 1e verdieping waar zich twee slaapkamers bevinden. Men heeft een tweepersoonsbed, een inloopkast en het is voorzien van airconditioning. De andere heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden en een kast. Een douche badkamer completeert deze verdieping. Terug naar boven waar we de laatste slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, een ventilator en een prachtige badkamer met douche vinden. Deze verdieping biedt ook een terras waar onze gasten het uitzicht over de Pla de Mallorca kunnen bewonderen. Als u met een baby reist, kunnen wij op verzoek een kinderbed en een kinderstoel klaarmaken. Dit grote huis biedt ook een kleine speelkamer in de kelder. Montuiri is een prachtig dorp gelegen op een kleine heuvel en omgeven door windmolens, het perfecte voorbeeld van het traditionele en landelijke Mallorca. Onze gasten zullen hier vrede en rust vinden. Afin de profiter du beau temps, la maison dispose d'une grande terrasse meublée avec une grande table de jardin et des chaises où vous pouvez non seulement profiter de longues soirées avec vos proches, mais aussi de délicieuses viandes grillées et des légumes. La maison est dans le centre-ville et il y a des voisins directs. C'est une grande maison qui conserve encore la personnalité majorquine de l'immeuble mais, en même temps, avec tout le confort moderne pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous. De la terrasse vous entrez dans le spacieux salon-salle à manger équipé d'un grand et confortable canapé, TV satellite et climatisation pour les jours les plus chauds.
