À Padoue, en Vénétie, bâtie sur les ruines d'un château de 1300, dont la tour du XIVème siècle, le puits devant la barchessa et la cuisine de l'époque sont encore visibles, cette villa vénitienne à vendre est certainement un bel exemple de ce que fut autrefois la Renaissance à Venise. Achevée au milieu du XVIème siècle par l'illustre architecte de l'époque Da Valle, la résidence se caractérise par son plan singulier et par ses fresques et superpositions d'une importance considérable. Si en fait la décoration extérieure de la villa vénitienne a été presque entièrement perdue, à l'intérieur un précieux cycle de fresques mythologiques du milieu du XVIème siècle est bien conservé, œuvre précieuse d'illustres peintres de la Renaissance vénitienne tels que Zelotti et Fasolo. Même le célèbre Paolo Veronese a travaillé sur l'embellissement de la villa en vente: c'est à lui qu'on peut en effet attribuer les décorations des superpositions. Le parc qui l'entoure conserve aujourd'hui encore l'aspect d'un jardin à l'anglaise, caractérisé par la présence de collines, d'un étang à poissons, d'une serre, d'une glacière dans la forêt et de petites maisons pour jardiniers. Dans l'espace extérieur nous remarquons également la barchessa du XVème siècle, caractérisée à l'extérieur par huit arcades reposant sur des colonnes à chapiteaux et à l'intérieur par deux superbes cheminées Renaissance. A Padova, in Veneto, costruita sulle rovine di un castello del 1300, del quale sono ancora visibili la torre trecentesca, il pozzo antistante la barchessa e la cucina del periodo, questa villa veneta in vendita è sicuramente un bellissimo esempio di quello che fu il Rinascimento a Venezia. Completata alla metà del 1500 dall'illustre architetto del tempo Da Valle, la residenza si caratterizza per la singolare planimetria e per i suoi affreschi e sovrapposte di notevole rilevanza. Se infatti la decorazione esterna della villa veneta è andata quasi interamente perduta, all'interno è ben conservato un pregiato ciclo di affreschi a soggetto mitologico della metà del Cinquecento, pregevole opera di illustri pittori rinascimentali veneti come Zelotti e Fasolo. Anche il noto Paolo Veronese ha lavorato all'abbellimento della villa in vendita: a lui si possono infatti attribuire le decorazioni delle sovrapposte. Il parco che la circonda conserva ancora oggi l'aspetto di giardino all'inglese, caratterizzato dalla presenza di collinette, di una peschiera, di una serra, di una ghiacciaia nel bosco e di casette per giardinieri. Nello spazio esterno spicca anche la barchessa del XV secolo, caratterizzata esternamente da otto archi poggianti su colonne con capitelli e all'interno da due bellissimi camini rinascimentali.
