Il complesso conta sette dammusi in pietra lavica ristrutturati con cura, disposti attorno a una piccola piazza privata che funge da cuore della tenuta, per circa 510 mq lordi di superficie degli edifici di cui 330 di interni abitabili e circa 180 mq di terrazze coperte a cui si aggiungono ulteriori 75 mq dedicate alle cantine ed ai locali di servizio. L’abitazione principale è il fulcro architettonico e funzionale della tenuta. I quattro dammusi indipendenti sono stati ristrutturati e dotati di aria condizionata, preservando il carattere originario dell'architettura pantesca: cupole in pietra, mura spesse e aperture misurate. La cappella privata è uno degli elementi più rari e identitari della tenuta, punto di silenzio e raccoglimento nel cuore del complesso. La piazza privata attorno alla quale i dammusi si dispongono rappresenta il centro di aggregazione che funge da cuore sociale in quanto punto di intersezione e di incontro tra gli spazi. La zona relax, all’ombra di un mandorlo, è attrezzata con doccia esterna e delimitata dagli alberi di fico e di limone che punteggiando il giardino, mentre il pediluvio di cinque metri nei pressi della piazza completa uno spazio esterno concepito e realizzato per essere vissuto appieno. La piscina di tredici metri, orientata verso il mare e i vigneti, offre una delle viste più scenografiche dell'intero complesso. Il vigneto ad alberello di Zibibbo è in piena attività con una produzione curata da professionisti che si attesta tra i 400 ed i 600 kg. La cantina vinicola consente la produzione di Passito DOC su piccola scala, completando la vocazione agricola e culturale della tenuta.
