Varcando la soglia veniamo accolti dal profumo del legno, un camino acceso che ci porta in un primo salotto dalle generose dimensioni, per poi ritornare dinanzi le scale, prima di salire però ci attrae l’intimità della zona studio che prosegue in una palestra con bagno annesso. Salendo le scale sale anche la curiosità che viene ben pagata da una meravigliosa vista: quattro maestose finestre donano luce alla sala da pranzo con soggiorno regalando tramonti che culminano tra le acque del rio al di là del campo. Alla sinistra della sala troviamo la cucina e alla destra invece una delle camere. Notiamo poi la camera padronale e un bagno con sauna, per una perfetta remise en forme dopo le passeggiate in città. Arrivati al terzo piano ci si presenta una mansarda luminosa dagli alti soffitti, un capiente deposito e un ulteriore bagno. Le emozioni hanno il loro culmine alla vista dell’esclusiva terrazza privata da cui puoi godere di uno spazio esterno panoramico ma allo stesso tempo intimo dove inevitabilmente ci soffermiamo ammaliati.L’isola della Giudecca è una delle zone residenziali più note di Venezia. Con le sue caratteristiche casette, e la famosa chiesa del Redentore, emana un fascino che nel tempo si è sempre mantenuto intatto. Distante solo un breve giro in gondola da San Marco, è stata denominata "giardino delle delizie" di Venezia nel 18° secolo.L’appartamento si trova nella tranquilla isola della Giudecca, a due minuti dalla fermata del Vaporetto Palanca, da cui è possibile raggiungere S. Marco ed i principali punti d’interesse di Venezia in meno di dieci minuti. Walking along the "fondamenta" (promenade) with an enchanting view of Venice, we discover an authentic and timeless corner of the Giudecca: Campo San Cosmo. Crossing the threshold we are fascinated by the scent of wood and a beautiful fireplace that take us into a first generously sized living room, we also find a charming study area, then a gym with bathroom. Going up stairs, we can enjoy a wonderful view over the Campo and the canal, thanks to four large windows giving light to the dining room and the living room. On the left of the room, we find the eat-in kitchen and on the right one of the bedrooms. We then arrive at the master bedroom with bathroom and private sauna, perfect for a remise en forme after walking around the city. Arriving on the third floor, there is a bright attic with high ceilings, a large storage room and another bathroom. On the upper floor we reach the exclusive private terrace from which we can enjoy a panoramic view and an intimate outdoor space, we are simply enchanted by its charm!The Giudecca island is one of the most famous residential areas of Venice. With its characteristic houses, and the famous Redentore church, it exudes a charm that has always remained intact over time. Just a short gondola ride from San Marco, it was called Venice's "garden of delights" in the 18th century.The apartment is located in the quiet island of Giudecca, two minutes from the Palanca Vaporetto stop, from which you can reach San Marco and the main points of interest in Venice in less than ten minutes.
