Do lado direito do corredor surge-nos a sala de estar, que foi em tempos a antiga cozinha da casa. Existe também um pequeno wc social, muito charmoso, forrado a papel florido. Desta sala de estar podemos aceder directamente quer ao maravilhoso terraço quer ao imponente sótão da casa, incrível dadas as suas dimensões e pé direito.
