En su diseño combinamos gruesos muros de ladrillo macizo con grandes ventanas de madera, aluminio y cristal. Se han colocado, además, pequeñas terrazas en el frente y por el lateral, como si de puestos de vigilancia se tratara para controlar la seguridad. Sus exuberantes vigas apergoladas en terrazas, se han escalonado en dos niveles, para insinuar la fortaleza de un castillo dominante sobre un valle de luz y verde mar. Villa Brisa, como la llamamos, es sinónimo de poder, de amplitud y de comodidad. VILLA DISEÑADA EN CUATRO NIVELES. Tomamos como referencia para su descripción el nivel de la calle, que le vamos a llamar siempre “NIVEL 0”, las plantas que están por encima de éste nivel tendrán signo ( + ) y las que estén por debajo tendrán signo ( - ): - NIVEL 0 Acceso, se distribuye en: acceso a vivienda, acceso vehículos, zona de aparcamiento, aseo, ascensor, escalera y terraza con pérgolas. - NIVEL -1 Principal, se distribuye en: salón-comedor, cocina, baño, terraza con pérgolas, bodega, cuarto de lavadora, gimnasio. - NIVEL -2 Dormitorios, se distribuye en: Dormitorio 1 con vestidor y baño en suite; Dormitorio 2 con vestidor y terraza; Dormitorio 3 con vestidor y terraza; Baño común y terraza exterior. - NIVEL -3 Piscina, se distribuye en: aseo, cuarto de instalaciones, terraza cubierta, sala de usos múltiples, terraza no cubierta y piscina. - JARDÍN, se ha diseñado jardín con árboles y plantas decorativas en la zona de parcela que no se ha construido. EL SISTEMA ES A LA CARTA. Siendo fieles a él, todo lo que ofrecemos es un punto de partida para los clientes: El Diseño de la villa se ajustará a gusto del cliente; la ubicación de la villa y su construcción se realizará en el lugar y parcela escogida por el cliente y, los elementos de calidad serán elegidos por el cliente, para lo que, le ofrecemos tres niveles de calidad que, de forma ascendente, los denominamos: Oro, Platino y Diamante. El objetivo es dar al cliente un amplio abanico de opciones en diseño y calidades, para que fácilmente, pueda crear su espacio de vida con los elementos de acabado que realmente le gusten y le hagan sentir emocionalmente bien. Esta villa se ha diseñado en una parcela ubicada en la tercera fase de la urbanización “Sierra Gorda en Coín, Málaga”. Es una referencia y prototipo para que el cliente elija una parcela disponible en esta urbanización o en otro lugar que sea de su interés.

- Parking IT IS A MEDITERRANEAN CASTLE. With its large central patio, we give way to light and a torrent of fresh air that fills us with joy and well-being, when we are having a summer nap or at a dinner with friends toasting the new living space wrapped in natural light. In its design we combine thick solid brick walls with large wooden, aluminum and glass windows. Small terraces have also been placed in front and on the side, as if they were surveillance posts to control security. Its exuberant terraced pergola beams have been staggered on two levels, to hint at the fortress of a castle dominating a valley of light and green sea. Villa Brisa, as we call it, is synonymous with power, spaciousness and comfort. VILLA DESIGNED ON FOUR LEVELS. We take the street level as a reference for its description, which we will always call “LEVEL 0”, the plants that are above this level will have a sign (+) and those that are below will have a sign (-): - LEVEL 0 Access, distributed in: access to housing, vehicle access, parking area, toilet, elevator, staircase and terrace with pergolas. - LEVEL -1 Main, is distributed in: living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace with pergolas, cellar, laundry room, gym. - LEVEL -2 Bedrooms, distributed in: Bedroom 1 with dressing room and en-suite bathroom; Bedroom 2 with dressing room and terrace; Bedroom 3 with dressing room and terrace; Common bathroom and outdoor terrace. - LEVEL -3 Swimming pool, distributed in: toilet, facilities room, covered terrace, multipurpose room, uncovered terrace and swimming pool. - GARDEN, a garden with trees and decorative plants has been designed in the area of the plot that has not been built. Being faithful to it, everything we offer is a starting point for clients: The design of the villa will be adjusted to the client's taste; The location of the villa and its construction will be carried out in the place and plot chosen by the client and the quality elements will be chosen by the client, for which we offer three levels of quality that, in ascending order, we call: Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The objective is to give the client a wide range of options in design and quality, so that they can easily create their living space with the finishing elements that they really like and that make them feel emotionally good. This villa has been designed on a plot located in the third phase of the “Sierra Gorda” urbanization in Coín, Málaga. It is a reference and prototype for the client to choose an available plot in this urbanization or in another place that is of interest.
