The house has several bedrooms. Two have a double bed and one has two single beds and downstairs there is also a sofa bed in one room. Toilets with shower or bath are available both upstairs and downstairs. If you want to stay longer, there is a laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. The house is not far from the sea. Just a kilometer away there is a really good swimming area with both sandy beach, jetty, changing rooms and places to sit and eat at. A few kilometers away is Torkö which has a quarry which is a different and popular place to swim. There are between one and ten meter high rock ledges to jump from. The location in the middle of Blekinge means that there are plenty of excursion destinations within easy reach such as: • Ronneby Brunnspark and Ronneby Brunn with a large water park. Karön which is a gem in the Ronneby archipelago with swimming and restaurant Villa Vassen. • Tjärö with restaurant, pub and swimming just outside Järnavik. • Kayak rental in Järnavik. • Kreativum Science Center in Karlshamn. • The World Heritage City of Karlskrona. • The children's farm outside Karlskrona. • At least two golf courses are nearby. If you want to go out to eat, the owner recommends, among other things, Äggaboden, which is a restaurant and café. They serve simple food, but with carefully selected ingredients from Blekinge. In diesem ursprünglich Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts erbauten, traditionellen Ferienhaus erleben Sie hautnah das Wohnen inmitten einer Idylle. Das geräumige Haus liegt auf einem weitläufigen, üppig bewachsenem Grundstück mit viel Platz zum Entspannen sowie für Spiel und Spaß der Kinder. Der Urlaubstag beginnt mit Sicherheit auf der gläsernen Veranda, auf der man das Frühstück mit herrlichem Ausblick ins Gründ genießen kann. Den Mittelpunkt des Hauses bildet die geräumige Küche, die alles bietet, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch das Wohnzimmer mit vielen Sitzplätzen. Das Haus verfügt zudem über vier Schlafzimmer; zwei davon im Dachgeschoss mit je einem Doppelbett und eins mit 2 Einzelbetten, das vierte im Erdgeschoss mit Schlafcouch. Bad mit Dusche bzw. Wanne auf beiden Etagen. Praktische Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Das Ferienhaus liegt nicht weit vom Meer. Nur einen Kilometer entfernt findet man ein schönes Badeufer mit Strandlinie, Steg, Umkleidekabinen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein paar Kilometer entfernt liegt Torkö mit einem Steinbruch, der ebenfalls beliebt ist bei Badegästen. Dort gibt es zwischen ein und zehn Meter hohe Felsvorsprünge, von denen aus man springen kann. Durch die Lage mitten in Blekinge sind viele Ausflugsziele in Reichweite, wie zum Beispiel: • Ronneby Brunnspark und Ronneby Brunn mit großem Erlebnisbad. Karön, ein Juwel im Ronneby-Archipel mit Schwimmbad und Restaurant Villa Vassen. • Tjärö mit Restaurant, Pub und Bademöglichkeit gleich außerhalb von Järnavik. • Kajakverleih in Järnavik. • Wissenschaftszentrum Kreativum in Karlshamn. • Die Welterbestadt Karlskrona. • Der Kinderbauernhof außerhalb von Karlskrona. • Mindestens zwei Golfplätze sind in der Nähe. In dit prachtige huis uit het midden van de 19e eeuw kunt u een of meerdere weken in een idylle leven. Er is hier plaats voor velen. Het huis ligt in een grote, weelderige tuin waar u kunt spelen, maar ook kunt genieten van rustige momenten in de schaduw. De dag begint ongetwijfeld op de glazen veranda, terwijl het ochtendlicht tussen de barretjes door schijnt. Hier drinkt u uw ochtendkoffie en plant u de dag. Het hart van het huis is de ruime en charmante keuken, die alles heeft wat u nodig heeft om te koken en te socializen. Beneden is er ook een woonkamer met ruimte voor velen om te zitten en te socializen. Het huis heeft verschillende slaapkamers. Twee hebben een tweepersoonsbed en één heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden. En esta preciosa casa de mediados del siglo XIX, podrá disfrutar de una experiencia idílica durante una o varias semanas. Hay espacio para muchos.
