Another bedroom has a French balcony with a double door. The closest neighbours are units 13414 and 78277. The surroundings can be enjoyed at all seasons. Have a relaxing holiday stay with plenty of fresh air. There is a private pathway leading down to the beach. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). You can book a boat for fishing, ask the local office. No letting to youth groups.

Von Terrasse und dem Inneren dieses Ferienhauses aus bietet sich einem eine schöne Panoramaaussicht auf den Årøsund. Den Blick können Sie auch vom Außen-Whirlpool auf der Terrasse genießen. Für mehr Wellness sorgen weiterhin ein Dampf-Whirlpool und eine Infrarot-Sauna im Haus. Frühaufsteher können den Sonnenaufgang von fast allen Zimmern im Haus aus beobachten. Fünf der Schlafzimmer bieten zudem Panoramaaussicht zum Wasser im Kleinen Belt. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat außerdem einen großen Balkon, von dem aus sich der Blick noch besser genießen lässt. Ein anderes Schlafzimmer hat einen französischen Balkon mit Doppeltür, sodass man den Kleinen Belt sowohl bei geschlossener als auch bei offener Tür sehen kann. Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger Umgebung, mit den Objekten 13414 und 78277 als Nachbarn. Die Häuser sind auch für einen Konferenzaufenthalt geeignet. Auf dem Grundstück steht ein Trampolin (Nutzung auf eigene Gefahr). Ein privater Pfad führt direkt zum Strand. Les jours un peu plus frais, il est possible de choyer toute la famille et de se détendre dans l'environnement de baignade intérieur avec bain de vapeur et sauna infrarouge. Si vous êtes frais le matin, le lever du soleil peut être apprécié de toute la maison à l'exception d'une chambre. Cinq des chambres ont une vue panoramique sur la Petite Ceinture. Une chambre dispose également d'un grand balcon d'où vous pourrez profiter encore plus de la vue. Une autre chambre a un balcon français avec porte double, ce qui vous permet de profiter de la vue sur la Petite Ceinture avec des portes ouvertes et fermées. La maison est située à côté des maisons n°13414 et 78277 dans un environnement qui, en toutes saisons, invite à des vacances récréatives et relaxantes avec beaucoup d'air frais. Il y a un trampoline (utilisé à vos risques et périls / assurance). Il y a un chemin privé directement jusqu'à la plage. Les maisons sont également adaptées aux séjours de conférence avec un environnement de cour confortable. Il est possible de réserver un bateau pour des sorties de pêche, se renseigner auprès du bureau local. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes.

Se sei fresco al mattino, l'alba può essere goduta da tutta la casa ad eccezione di 1 stanza. Cinque delle camere da letto hanno una vista panoramica sul Little Belt. Una delle camere dispone inoltre di un ampio balcone dal quale si può godere ancora di più del panorama. Un'altra camera ha un balconcino alla francese con doppia porta, che permette di godere della vista del Piccolo Cintura sia ad ante aperte che chiuse. La casa si trova accanto alle case 13414 e 78277 in un ambiente che in tutte le stagioni invita ad un soggiorno di vacanza ricreativo e rilassante con tanta aria fresca. C'è un trampolino (utilizzato a proprio rischio / assicurazione). C'è un sentiero privato direttamente sulla spiaggia. Le case sono adatte anche per soggiorni di conferenze con un accogliente cortile. È possibile prenotare una barca per le battute di pesca, informarsi presso l'ufficio locale. Dom wakacyjny położony aż do Małego Pasa. Z tarasu i domu jest piękny widok na panoramę Årøsund. Widoki można również podziwiać z wanny z hydromasażem na tarasie.
