Welcome to cozy Årsta havsbad, an idyll in southern Stockholm, located right by the sea. The house is close to swimming and the boat jetty to Utö, here you have a sea view from the leafy balcony. The owner loves flowers and has built a fantastic oasis of roses and other fragrant and beautiful plants in the garden. There are also apple trees, pear trees, plum trees and cherry trees here, just to pick and eat. There are plenty of tomatoes growing on the large balcony, which you can also enjoy eating. The house is a 2.5-storey souterrain house. The entrance goes via a conservatory into the kitchen (note low ceiling height), from here you also get out into the garden. Half a flight of stairs up you find the two bedrooms, one with a 140cm wide bed and the other with a double bed. On this level there is also a walk in closet and a bathroom with a washing machine. Another half-stair up from here is a living room with access to the balcony. In the living room there is a Smart TV with a sound bar and selection of chanells from Allente. The house has air conditioning. There are several balconies at different levels and in all directions, around the house, totaling over 70 square meters. One is under cover and has lounge furniture and a fridge. On another spacious terrace of 30 square meters there is both a charcoal and a gas grill. In the area there are several nice baths and hiking trails and within walking distance there is a nice restaurant and kiosk. Just below the house is the bus stop. Stockholm city is approximately 30 minutes away by car.

Hier gibt es auch Apfelbäume, Birnbäume, Pflaumenbäume und Kirschbäume, einfach zum Pflücken und Essen. Auf dem großen Balkon wachsen viele Tomaten, die Sie auch gerne essen können. Das Haus ist ein 2,5-geschossiges Souterrainhaus. Der Eingang geht über einen Wintergarten in die Wohnküche (niedrige Deckenhöhe beachten), von hier gelangt man auch in den Garten. Eine halbe Treppe höher befinden sich die beiden Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem 140 cm breiten Bett und das andere mit einem Doppelbett. Auf dieser Ebene gibt es auch einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein Badezimmer mit einer Waschmaschine. Eine weitere halbe Treppe höher von hier befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon.
