Your are going to find cosy corners outside like the great chlorine pool where you can cool off when it is hot. It is fenced for children security and it sizes 6 x 4 metres with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres. You can bask in the sun or relax under the parasol on any of the 4 sun loungers by the pool, while reading an interesting book or listening to some music. There also is an outdoors shower available in case you want to refresh out the pool. There are several covered terraces that invite to enjoy an appetiser or delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The house is distributed over two floors. From the pool terrace you access a large living-dining room with TV-SAT, wood cooker, large windows that offer views to the pool and, at the same time, unobstructed views over the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and is equipped with a gas and ceramic hob, oven and all the utensils and appliances you may need to innovate delicious dishes. There is a toilet and a bathroom with shower on this level and, going upstairs, there is another one with shower and bathtub. Upstairs are the four bedrooms. The first two bedrooms have a double bed and direct access to a balcony. The third bedroom has a trundle bed and the last one has two single beds, a bathroom with shower and direct access to a balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A cot and high chair are available free of charge, but if you are travelling with more babies, we can provide up to 3 cots and 3 high chairs for an extra charge. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are available in the laundry room. This chalet can be found in the urban environment of a peaceful neighbourhood. Cala Millor is in itself a beautiful residential area which offers a great variety of nearby sandy beaches and coves, the nearest one just 550 metres away. In Son Servera, about 2 km from the property, you can visit the historical centre and come to know some traditional Mallorcan restaurants. Those who love golf find the course not far away. If you feel like something extraordinary, you cannot miss the Caves of Drach in Portocristo or the Caves of Hams. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Das Chalet blickt auf den privaten, 6 x 4 Meter großen Pool, der an heißen Sommertagen für wohltuende Abkühlung sorgt. Der 1 - 2 Meter große Pool wird mit Chlor sauber gehalten und ist zur Sicherheit der Kinder umzäunt. Rundherum die Poolterrasse, die mit vier Sonnenliegen zum Entspannen einlädt. Wer es lieber schattig mag, kann sich den Sonnenschirm aufspannen, etwas Musik hören oder die in Spanien obligatorische Siesta halten. Vor und nach dem Schwimmen kann man die Außendusche benutzen. Auf den Terrassen kann man sich bei einem Glas Wein und Tapas auf den Abend einstimmen. Wenn man zuhause bleiben möchte, steht ein gemauerter Grill zur Verfügung, auf dem man leckere Gerichte unter freiem Himmel zubereiten kann. Das Haus ist über zwei Etagen verteilt. Von der Poolterrasse aus gelangt man in ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer mit TV-SAT, Holzherd, großen Fenstern, die einen Blick auf den Pool und gleichzeitig einen freien Blick auf die Küche bieten. Die Küche ist geräumig und mit einem Gas- und Ceran-Kochfeld, einem Backofen und allen Utensilien und Geräten ausgestattet, die Sie benötigen, um köstliche Gerichte zu kreieren. Auf dieser Ebene gibt es eine Toilette und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, und im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die vier Schlafzimmer. Die ersten beiden Schlafzimmer haben ein Doppelbett und direkten Zugang zu einem Balkon. In der näheren Umgebung kann man zahlreiche Strände besuchen, darunter Cala Moll oder Canyamel. Im Ort Son Servera lernt man eine authentische Seite Mallorcas kennen, schlendert durch die Gässchen und probiert in einem der Restaurants unsere mallorquinische Küche. Son Servera ist aufgrund des Golfplatzes vielen Besuchern ein Begriff. Nahe Portocristo liegen gleich zwei Tropfsteinhöhlen: die Coves del Drach und Coves dels Hams - beide sind empfehlenswert. Vallada, para mayor seguridad si se alojan con niños, tiene unas dimensiones de 6 x 4 m y una profundidad que va de 1 m hasta 2 m. Junto a ella, pueden tomar el sol en una de las cuatro tumbonas o bien relajarse bajo la sombrilla mientras leen algo interesante o escuchan un poco de música. Si un día les apetece ver algo extraordinario, en Portocristo se localizan las míticas Cuevas del Drach o las de los Hams. Un cambio de toallas y sábanas durante la estancia está incluido.
