A great extension of lawn, surrounding the pool, as well as several corners perfectly furnished, are fascinating. The depth of the pool goes from 1.20 to 1.60 metres and its sizes 9 x 4.5 metres. The space is completed with 6 sun loungers and a parasol. The play ground with swings and a slide will be the delight of the little ones. After a morning full of games and pool dips, you can wash off the the dexterity shower and prepare a barbecue under the porch and go to relax to the sofas of the chill-out area afterwards. From the garden you can access not only the kitchen, with an induction top, but also the living room which features comfortable sofas, satellite TV and air-conditioning. Both rooms are provided with a table and chairs for meals. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board can be found at the laundry room. There are three air-conditioning bedrooms for you to rest. Two of them present a double bed each, one with a wardrobe and the other with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The last bedroom has two twin beds. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. Finally, there is a second bathroom, with a bathtub, for the rest of the house. Der Aussenbereich der Finca lässt Urlaubsträume wahr werden - hier finden unsere Gäste ein kleines Paradies; 10 bis15 Autominuten vom Strand. Die weitläufige Rasenfläche ist perfekt für Familienpicknicks oder einfach zum sonnen. Zwischendurch kann man sich immer wieder im 9 x 4.5 Meter großen Salzwasserpool abkühlen. Auf insgesamt 6 Sonnenliegen lässt man sich die Sonne auf dem Bauch scheinen und legt sich einen zarten Sommerteint zu. Nach dem Schwimmen im 1.2-1.6 Meter tiefen Pool kann man sich bequem an der Gartendusche das Salz von der Haut waschen. Der angrenzende Grillplatz macht Lust auf Kochen im Freien. Die Veranda mit Gartenmöbeln bietet ein schönes Plätzchen zum chillen. Von der Veranda aus gelangt man in die gut ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd und Frühstückstisch. Weiter geht’s in den Wohnbereich mit Satellitenfernsehen, Klimaanlage, Sofas und Esstisch. Eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett darf auch nicht fehlen. Drei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer versprechen erholsamen Schlaf. Ein Doppelzimmer mit Ankleide und en-suite Bad mit Wanne und Dusche ist stilvoll gestaltet. Das zweite Zimmer bietet ein Doppelbett und Schrank während das dritte Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und Zugang nach Draußen aufwartet. Una zona de juegos con columpios y toboganes seguro van a divertir a los pequeños. Después de una larga mañana divirtiéndose y nadando, pueden aclararse en la ducha exterior, hacer una torrada en la caseta techada, y luego relajarse en los sofás exteriores. Desde el jardín, tienen acceso tanto a la cocina, con encimera de inducción, como a la sala de estar, con cómodos sofás, TV-SAT y aire acondicionado. Ambas estancias tienen una mesa con sillas para comer. En la lavandería encuentran la tabla de planchar, la plancha y la lavadora. Para su descanso, tienen tres dormitorios con aire acondicionado. Le soin extérieur apporté à cette propriété en fait un endroit pas comme les autres, un petit coin de paradis à Majorque même. Une grande étendue de pelouse entourant la piscine, ainsi que ses nombreux coins parfaitement aménagés, sont fascinants.
