Morgens gibt es nichts schöneres, als sich eine der 10 Liegen auf der Terrasse zu schnappen und die ersten Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Die Glasfront der Terrasse gibt einen ungehinderten Blick aufs blaue Meer und den Horizont frei. Auf insgesamt zwei Wohnebenen findet man je eine Veranda, ideal zum Essen unterm Sternenhimmel oder für ein aufregendes Tischtennis-Match. Auf dem Markt in Alcúdia kann man zweimal in der Woche frisches Gemüse einkaufen, das sich dann auf dem mobilen Grill zubereiten lässt. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist der private Zugang zum Meer und Felsstrand. Einem Sprung ins Kühle Nass steht also nichts im Wege. Nach der wohlverdienten Abkühlung wäscht man sich das Salz an der Außendusche ab. Das Haus ist stufenartig angelegt und besteht aus zwei Wohnebenen. Im Erdgeschoss entspannt man auf der Sofalandschaft im klimatisierten Wohnzimmer, sieht fern (Satellitenempfang) oder legt eine selbst mitgebrachte DVD ein. Der offene Essbereich gibt einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer frei. Daneben, die geräumige Küche mit Cerankochfeld, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Esstisch u.v.m. Die Waschküche ist mit Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen/Bügelbrett ausgestattet. Süße Träume versprechen insgesamt 5 Schlafräume. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei davon, beide mit Ehebett, en-suite Bad und Zugang zur Meerblick-Terrasse; sowie ein separates Gäste-WC. Gerne kann ein Set Babybettchen plus Hochstuhl für unsere kleinen Besucher hergerichtet werden. Die zweite Etage wartet mit einem großen Esszimmer auf. Hier speist man in urigem Ambiente mit Holzbänken als Sitzgelegenheit. Und wieder der traumhafte Blick aufs Mittelmeer! Alle drei Schlafzimmer oben sind mit je zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet und zwei davon bieten Zugang zur Terrasse. Ein separates Badezimmer mit Dusche steht zur Verfügung. Alle 5 Schlafzimmer sowie der Wohn-Essbereich sind mit Klimaanlage versehen und für die kältere Jahreszeit stehen bis zu 14 Elektroheizkörper und Ölzentralheizung bereit. Der Wohnort Alcanada schmiegt sich idyllisch ans Mittelmeer und gehört zur Gemeinde Alcúdia. Viele Mallorquiner haben Alcanada als Sommerresidenz gewählt und das zu Recht. Im Ortskern geht das Leben in beschaulichen Bahnen, es gibt ein paar gute Restaurants und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. Das Highlight ist ohne Frage die 18-Loch Golfanlage am Meer. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich im Norden. Zu den schönsten gehören die Kapelle La Victoria. Schon alleine die kurvige Anfahrt über die asphaltierte Strasse ist eine Abenteuer und gibt einen wunderschönen Blick auf die schroffe Steilküste frei. The house comprises two floors, each with a porch where you can enjoy great al fresco dining or play an exciting table tennis match. Twice a week, you can buy fresh vegetables at Alcúdia's market and prepare them on the mobile barbecue - very tasty! The best of this chalet is without a doubt the private access to the sea and the rocky beach. After a short swim in the sea, you can use the garden shower to wash off the salt. The house comprises two floors with modern, airy rooms. You can rest on the sofa of the air conditioned living room with satellite-TV and DVD-player. Enjoy a tasty lunch with friends around the dining table with sea views. Next to the sitting-dining area, you'll find the kitchen with vitro hob, oven, fridge, another dining table and much more. En accédant à la maison depuis la rue, nous trouvons l'étage principal où se trouvent les espaces communs, comme un grand salon-salle à manger équipé de la climatisation, une grande table en verre avec des chaises, deux canapés confortables, une télévision par satellite et un lecteur DVD. Avec un style frais et rénové et une belle cheminée décorative qui ajoute beaucoup de caractère, cet espace vous mène à la cuisine, très spacieuse, avec une plaque vitrocéramique et une table avec des chaises au cas où vous préféreriez manger ici. La buanderie dispose d'un lave-linge, d'un fer et d'une planche à repasser. Il y a aussi des toilettes et deux chambres avec un lit double, une salle de bain en suite (une avec baignoire et l'autre avec douche) et un accès direct à la terrasse. Même dans l'un d'entre eux, nous pouvons préparer un berceau et une chaise haute pour un bébé. Alcanada est une urbanisation qui respire la tranquillité et un air familier, puisqu'elle est habitée principalement en été et par la population locale. Cela en fait l'endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. À Alcanada, il y a une petite épicerie et quelques restaurants. Sa plage est très particulière pour ses rochers, ses pierres et son phare mythique, invitant à une agréable promenade.
