The exteriors of this amazing country house are so beautiful. In front of a two-storey precious construction, there you have a wonderful chlorine private pool, - 9 x 5 m and a depth of 1 to 2 m -, surrounded by green lawn where you can sunbathe. There are six sun loungers also for that and a large furnished porch for your best barbecues. Inside, there is a large living-dining room, with air conditioning, where you can eat all together, watch satellite TV, a DVD film or listen to music. Immediately after, you gain access to the kitchen, which is equipped with gas hob. The laundry provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three dormitories with double bed and wardrobe, two of which are on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. There are also three bathrooms, one with shower downstairs and two en-suite, one of those with bathtub in one of the rooms downstairs and the other with both bathtub (no hydromassage) and shower upstairs. The house is equipped with central heating and two of the bedrooms have A/C. There are a cot and a high chair. This villa belongs to the beautiful and familiar village known as Lloret de Vistalegre, although it is located next the road that connects Sineu with the capital, Palma. This is perfect to access rapidly to this or to any other directions and visit the unique inland towns such as Lloret, Sineu, Ruberts, the city of Palma or beaches like Can Picafort, at 24.9 km. The wood stove cannot be used. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars. Die Finca überzeugt mit einem hübschen Garten, in dem der 9 x 5m große Süßwasserpool mit einer Wassertiefe von 1 bis 2m ohne Zweifel das Highlight ist. Umgeben von Rasen und bis zu 6 Liegen der ideale Ort den Tag zu verbringen, zu entspannen und mit den Kindern zu spielen. Die Mahlzeiten servieren Sie auf der möblierten Veranda und haben auch einen Grill zur Verfügung. Im Inneren empfängt Sie ein klimatisierter Wohnbereich mit Sat TV und DVD Player. Schauen Sie gemeinsam einen Film oder hören Sie Musik bevor Sie in der Küche eins Ihrer Lieblingsgerichte auf dem Gasherd kochen.Alle wichtigen Geräte und Utensilien die Sie dafür brauchen sind vorhanden. Es gibt eine Waschkammer mit Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Ausruhen können Sie ein einem der insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, die alle mit je einem Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank versehnen sind. 2 der Zimmer liegen im Erdgeschoss, eins in der ersten Etage. Das Haus befindet sich im familiären Dorf Lloret de Vistalegre und liegt an der Landstraße die den Ort Sineu mit der Inselhauptstadt Palma verbindet. Eine perfekte Lage um sowohl die Stadt Palma als auch kleinere Dörfer im Umkreis, wie Lloret, Sineu, Ruberts, etc. zu entdecken. In Can Picafort erreichen Sie den nächsten Strand nach 24,9km. Los exteriores de esta magnífica finca son muy bonitos. Frente a una preciosa construcción, de dos plantas, disponen de una hermosa piscina privada de cloro, -de 9 x 5 m y de 1 a 2 m de profundidad-, rodeada de verde césped donde poder tumbarse a tomar el sol. Hay seis tumbonas también para ello, y un gran porche totalmente amueblado para poder hacer barbacoas. Dentro tienen un gran salón-comedor, con aire acondicionado, donde van a poder comer todos juntos, ver la televisión satélite, una película en DVD o escuchar algo de música. Seguidamente, acceden a la cocina, equipada con fogones de gas. La lavandería ofrece lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Hay tres habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y con armario, dos en la planta baja y una en el piso de arriba. Hay tres baños, uno con ducha abajo y dos baños en-suite, uno de los cuales tiene bañera y está situado en la habitación de abajo, y el otro tiene ducha y bañera (sin hidromasaje) y está situado en la habitación de arriba.
