Next, you'll find the dining - kitchen featuring a ceramic hob and equipped with AC and a table with chairs. It offers all you need to cook your best dishes. There is a washing machine , a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. On the same floor you have 3 bedrooms with AC, closet, TV-set and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two of them have twin beds and the last one has a double bed. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. There's a toilet for the whole accommodation. Down the stairs, on the inferior level, you'll find a room to play pool and the gym with a varied equipment to exercise. Buger is a small town located in north-central Majorca. It's perfect for those who love peace, some services, the traditional cuisine of the island and also the beach since the nearest one is just 17.5 km away or about 15-20 minutes drive in Muro or Can Picafort. These are fine sandy beaches with crystal clear water that will amaze you. If you like golf, the nearest course is in Pollensa, about 15 km away. Vom Eingang, auf Strassenhöhe, führt Sie ein kleiner Eingangsbereich in den klimatisierten Wohnraum mit gemütlichem Sofa und Sesseln zum Entspannen oder Fersehen (Sat TV). Im Winter heizt hier ein Palletsofen. Anschließend kommen Sie in die klimatisierte Wohnküche, wo Sie auf einem Cerankochfeld kochen, dafür alle wichtigen Geräte und Utensilien zur Verfügung haben und sich auf lange Tischgespräche freuen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. La piscina es de sal, tiene unas dimensiones de 6m x 4m y una profundidad de 1.30m a 1.45m, y 6 hamacas alrededor para tomar el sol. La casa cuenta con dos alturas. Desde la calle acceden a la planta baja, donde encuentran un recibidor que conduce hacia el salón amueblado con un sofá, dos butacas, aire acondicionado, televisión satélite y estufa de pellet. Seguido, encuentran la cocina-comedor independiente, de vitrocerámica y equipada con aire acondicionado, mesa y sillas; dispone de todos los utensilios para cocinar ricos platos.
