Vänersborg is seven kilometers away and can be easily reached by bike or a lovely walk. The cottage has a spacious and welcoming hall with plenty of space. There is a separate shower room with sink and a bathroom with toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker There is also a cozy wood-burning stove and a patio door that leads out to a nice patio where you can start the day with a cup of coffee and birdsong. There is also a grill on the patio, perfect for cooking dinners and enjoying long summer evenings. The house offers several comfortable sleeping places. One bedroom has a 110 cm wide bed and its own patio door. The second bedroom is bright and pleasant, also with a 110 cm wide bed. The living room has a lovely space with high ceilings, a large and comfortable sofa, TV and a patio door that leads out to the veranda. From here there is also a staircase up to the sleeping loft with a 160 cm wide double bed. Please note that the stairs are steep and therefore not suitable for small children. The house has a separate laundry room with a washing machine. On the plot there is a guest cottage with two extra bedrooms, both equipped with two Hemnes double beds 160cm. This cottage is perfect for families, friends or couples who want to enjoy peace and quiet, the proximity to swimming and beautiful nature - while restaurants, activities and the city's offerings are within reach. Willkommen in diesem charmanten und gemütlichen Ferienhaus mit ein wenig Flair der 60er Jahre, gelegen in einer ruhigen Villen- und Ferienhaussiedlung, nur 300 Meter vom klaren Wasser des Vänernsees entfernt. Hier erwarten Sie idyllische Badeufer, traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge und die Ruhe der Natur. Mehrere Badeufer sind fußläufig erreichbar und nach nur einem Kilometer liegt das beliebte Ursand Resort & Camping mit Wasserpark, Restaurants und vielfältigen Aktivitäten. Vänersborg ist sieben Kilometer entfernt und bequem mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das 2022 renovierte Ferienhaus verfügt über einen geräumigen und einladenden Flur mit viel Platz. Es gibt ein separates Duschbad mit Waschbecken und ein Badezimmer mit WC und Waschbecken. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Ein gemütlicher Holzofen und eine Terrassentür führen auf eine schöne Terrasse, wo Sie den Tag mit einer Tasse Kaffee und Vogelgezwitscher beginnen können. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich auch ein Grill – perfekt zum Kochen und für lange Sommerabende. Das Ferienhaus bietet mehrere komfortable Schlafplätze. Das Wohnzimmer besticht durch seine hohen Decken, ein großes und bequemes Sofa, einen Fernseher und eine Terrassentür, die auf die Veranda führt. Von hier aus gelangt man über eine Treppe zum Schlafboden mit einem 160 cm breiten Doppelbett. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Treppe steil und daher für kleine Kinder nicht geeignet ist.
