Das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus liegt ungefähr einen Kilometer vom Stadtkern entfernt und befindet sich in einer ruhigen, sonnigen Südhanglage mit einem kleinen Gärtchen. Zwei Balkone und die große, überdachte Sonnenterrasse mit vielen mediterranen Pflanzen laden zum Ausruhen ein. Von hier aus haben Sie einen schönen Ausblick über die Stadt und die Donau und bei gutem Wetter bis zu den Alpen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Einliegerwohnung, die sowohl über einen separaten Eingang als auch durch das Haus erreicht werden kann.
