At the back of the house you will find the marvellous chlorine pool which sizes 6 x 3.5 meters and has a depth that goes from 1 to 1.9 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe on a sunbed or enjoy the summer weather. From this area we get into the amazing furnished porch which includes an area to for lunches and dinners outdoors or enjoy a delicious barbecue, and there is also an relax area with a sofa and two armchairs to have a vermouth or a drink before going out in the evening. The plot is fenced, it has direct neighbours and privacy is partial. The 400 m2 house has two floors. On the ground floor we find a comfortable and luminous living-dining room which includes two sofas where you can watch TV or relax while listening to a music CD. The dining table can accommodate 6 people and from that same area we have access to the back porch. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is also very ample, it includes a table for 4 people and it is fully equipped. It also has access to the back porch. Both stays are acclimated with radiators on the coldest days. A bathtub bathroom completes this floor. The four air-conditioned bedrooms are on the 1st floor, where there is another beautiful porch with little corners to relax. The 1st bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet and en en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have two single beds and the last one has a double bed. These three has all a closet. There is a third bathroom with a shower for these bedrooms. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a highchair are also available. At the house you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. This house is located very near to a unique spot which the beach of Cala Pi. It is a little beach with a fine sand and dreamy turquoise waters. There are some restaurants around. You can visit the near 17th century watchtower or go for a long walk till cap Blanc, a long route which will compensate you with beautiful cliffs and visits to Es Trenc and Sa Rápita beaches. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. Im hinteren Teil des Hauses befindet sich der private, 6m x 3.5m große Pool, der zwischen 1m und 1.9m tief ist und mit Chlor sauber gehalten wird. Auf der Terrasse und der Veranda kann man es sich mit Freunden gemütlich machen, sich auf einer der Liegen die Sonne auf den Bauch scheinen lassen oder die Liebsten mit einem Grillabend überraschen. Auf der schattigen Veranda kann man sich auch mit einem Gläschen Wein aufs Sofa zurückziehen, während die Kinder im Pool plantschen. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und es gibt direkte Nachbarn. Das zweigeschossige, 400m2 große Ferienhaus bietet ein freundliches und helles Wohn-Esszimmer mit Sofas im Erdgeschoss. Hier kann man einen faulen Nachmittag beim Lesen, Musik hören oder fernsehen (SAT-TV) verbringen. Im angrenzenden Essbereich finden sechs Personen rund um den Tisch Platz und freuen sich auf gesellige Abende. Von hier aus gelangt man direkt auf die hintere Veranda. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, bietet ein Cerankochfeld, einen Esstisch für vier Gäste und alle notwendigen Kochutensilien. Beide Räume sind an kalten Tagen mit Heizkörpern ausgestattet. Ein Duschbad steht dem Erdgeschoss zur Verfügung. Alle vier Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und befinden sich auf der ersten Etage. Der erste Schlafraum hat ein Doppelbett, ein praktisches Ankleidezimmer und ein privates Badezimmer. Zwei weitere Zimmer sind mit je zwei Einzelbetten versehen und das letzte Schlafzimmer bietet ein Doppelbett. Alle drei sind mit einem Schrank ausgestattet, damit man seine Kleidung unterbringen kann. Ein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten hat zusätzlich ein Bad en-suite mit Badewanne. Das dritte Badezimmer auf der ersten Etage hat ein Duschbad. Wenn ein Baby dabei ist, stellen wir gerne ein Bettchen und einen Hochstuhl bereit. Des weiteren findet man eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett im Haus. Das Haus befindet sich im südlichen Teil Mallorcas, im wunderschönen Cala Pi. Die kleine, sandige Bucht lässt Urlaubsträume wahr werden. Sie liegt geschützt zwischen zwei Felsen und ist über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es ein paar gute Restaurants und Bars. Die Umgebung eignet sich wunderbar für lange Spaziergänge an der Küste, z.B. zum Cap Blanc mit unvergleichlichem Blick auf die schroffen Felsen. Des weiteren kann man die Sandstrände Es Trenc und Sa Rapita besuchen. Hinweis: Diese Unterkunft richtet sich an Familien und Gäste über 28 Jahre, die einen ruhigen Aufenthalt suchen. En la parte posterior de la casa encontrarás la maravillosa piscina de cloro que mide 6 x 3.5 metros y tiene una profundidad que va de 1 a 1.9 metros. Está rodeada de una bonita terraza en la que podrás tomar el sol en una de las tumbonas y disfrutar del tiempo estival. Desde esta zona accedemos al increíble porche amueblado que incluye una zona para comer o cenar al aire libre y disfrutar de una sabrosa barbacoa, y también una zona de descanso con un sofá y dos sillones para tomar el vermut o una copa por la tarde antes de salir a pasear. La parcela se encuentra vallada, tiene vecinos directos y la privacidad es parcial. La vivienda tiene 400 m2 y se distribuyen en dos plantas. En la planta baja encontramos el cómodo y luminoso salón-comedor que incluye dos sofás en los que poder ver la TV o relajarte mientras escuchas un CD de música. La mesa de comedor puede alojar a 6 comensales y desde esa zona tenemos salida al porche trasero. La cocina, con vitrocerámica, es también muy amplia, incluye zona office para 4 personas y está completamente equipada. También tiene salida al porche trasero. Ambas estancias están ambientadas con radiadores en los días fríos. Un baño con ducha completa esta planta. Los cuatro dormitorios, que tienen aire acondicionado, se encuentran en la planta superior, que cuenta con un bonito porche con pequeños rincones en los que relajarse. El primer dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio, vestidor y baño en suite. De los otros tres, dos cuentan con 2 camas individuales y el último con cama de matrimonio, y los tres tienen armario. Uno de los dormitorios con dos camas individuales también cuenta con baño en suite con bañera. Hay un tercer baño con ducha en esta planta para dar servicio a los otros dos dormitorios. Si viajas con un bebé, una cuna y una trona están a tu disposición. En la casa encontrará lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Esta casa se encuentra muy cerquita de un paraje único como es la playa de Cala Pi. Es una playa pequeña de arena fina y aguas azul turquesa de ensueño. Hay algunos restaurantes de comida local en los alrededores. Puedes visitar la cercana atalaya del siglo XVII o dar un largo paseo hasta Cap Blanc, un recorrido largo que nos recompensará con vistas desde los acantilados, y visitas a las playas de Es Trenc y Sa Rápita. Nota: Este alojamiento está orientado a familias y a huéspedes mayores de 28 años que buscan una estancia tranquila. No se admiten reservas para fiestas o celebraciones.
