The kitchen area is fully equipped including an oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, and everything you need. There is a dining area with a table that seats 4 people. There is parquet throughout the apartment except in the bathrooms. The shower room has a window and remains comfortable with storage space and the washing machine. The toilets are separated and also have a window. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
