Und das ganz ohne die Sorge, sich um die Möblierung seiner Wohnung kümmern zu müssen. Der Wohnkomplex wird durch eine Zentralheizung versorgt, was die Energiekosten deutlich senkt. Unmittelbar neben dem Wohnkomplex befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Edeka, Schnellrestaurant), sowie eine Bushaltestelle. Der nicht weit entfernte Petrisberg ist durch seine grüne und künstlerische Gestaltung zur Landesgartenschau 2004 bekannt und das Gelände bietet noch immer viele Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren, Sporttreiben und dinieren. Die Universität Trier ist lediglich 1,5 km entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür und alle Richtungen sind gleich gut zu erreichen.
