The windows of the living room, the dining room and the master bedroom all open onto a small balcony overlooking the street. The other two bedrooms open onto a lovely courtyard. A second bathroom is accessible from the entrance hall. It is equipped with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The apartment also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
