As we are moving abroad with our children for six months to a year, we would like to rent out our 3-room apartment for a maximum of 6 months, with a possible option to extend. We completely renovated the apartment in 2023 and adapted it to our needs as a family with 2 children on 90 sqm. For example, there is a large master bathroom with bathtub and large shower as well as another bathroom with shower (and fish wallpaper : ) right next to the children's room. Both bathrooms have electric underfloor heating. Otherwise you will find oak parquet flooring under your feet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. And with the BORA cooker, it's really fun! The kitchen also has a large Miele fridge and all other appliances, including an extra cupboard for the washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a work area with a solid wood desk, but there is also space in the living room for another workstation if required. In the children's room, we have installed a suspension system for our children that can be used as needed. Sometimes a reading chair hangs there, sometimes an aerial hoop or gymnastics rings, or a punching bag. Anything is possible, the suspension can hold over 100 kg. You can also ‘hang out’ in the bedroom - on the pull-up bar mounted above the door. We had soundproof doors installed to the bedrooms as part of the renovation, so that you really have peace and quiet when you need it. The apartment also has a cosy balcony with a large planter box. There is also a cellar, which we will clear out for the future tenants. Registration is possible for the duration of the tenancy. View more View less Da wir für ein halbes bis ein Jahr mit Kind und Kegel ins Ausland ziehen, möchten wir unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung für maximal 6 Monate, mit eventueller Option auf Verlängerung, vermieten. Wir haben die Wohnung 2023 komplett saniert und an unsere Bedürfnisse als Familie mit 2 Kindern auf 90 qm angepasst. So gibt es beispielsweise ein großes Elternbad mit Badewanne und großer Dusche sowie ein weiteres Bad mit Dusche (und Fischtapete : ) direkt am Kinderzimmer. Beide Bäder verfügen über eine elektrische Fußbodenheizung. Unten den Füßen hat man sonst Eichenparkett. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Und mit dem BORA-Herd macht das richtig Spaß! Zudem befinden sich in der Küche ein großer Miele-Kühlschrank und alle weiteren Geräte inkl. Extra-Schrank für Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Schlafzimmer hat eine Arbeitsecke mit Vollholz-Schreibtisch, im Wohnzimmer ist jedoch ebenfalls Platz für einen weiteren Arbeitsplatz, falls nötig. Im Kinderzimmer haben wir eine Aufhängung für unsere Kinder angebracht, die sich beliebig nutzen lässt. Mal hängt da ein Lesesessel, mal ein Luftring oder Gymnastikringe, oder aber ein Boxsack. Alles ist möglich, die Aufhängung hält über 100 kg. Auch im Schlafzimmer kann man „abhängen“ – an der über der Tür angebrachten Klimmzugstange. Wir haben im Zuge der Sanierung Schallschutztüren zu den Schlafzimmern einbauen lassen, sodass man bei Bedarf wirklich Ruhe hat. Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über einen gemütlichen Balkon mit großem Pflanzkasten. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Keller, den wir für die zukünftigen Mieter ausräumen werden. Eine Anmeldung für die Zeit der Anmietung ist möglich.
