Kavousi ist ein großes Dorf, das 20-25 Minuten östlich von Agios Nikolaos und etwa 20 Minuten nördlich von Ierapetra liegt. Das Gebäude ist insgesamt 52m2 (einschließlich Steinmauern) auf zwei Etagen (26m2+26m2) und das Grundstück ist 34,8m2 groß. Der Dorfweg umschließt drei Seiten des Grundstücks, so dass das Haus nur an einer Seite angebaut ist. Es könnte in ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem Schlafzimmer mit Wohnküche auf der einen Etage und einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Duschbad auf der anderen renoviert werden. Das Anwesen genießt von beiden Etagen einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Tal, die Berge und sogar das Meer. Von hier aus könnten Treppen auf das Dach hochgezogen werden, was eine wunderschöne 26m2 große Dachterrasse, die herrlichem Blick auf das Meer der Bucht von Tholos und die umliegenden Berge bieten würde. Unterhalb der Terrasse befindet sich ein kleiner und niedriger Raum, der als Lagerraum genutzt werden kann. Wasser- und Stromanschlüsse befinden sich direkt neben dem Grundstück und können problemlos angeschlossen werden. Breitband-Internet ist in der Umgebung verfügbar. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten ca. 40m vom Haus entfernt. Es ist möglich, ein Auto bis auf etwa 15 m ans Haus heranzufahren.
