Location: Dorsoduro, Venice
After San Marco, the Dorsoduro sestiere is the one where most important museums are concentrated, including: the Accademia Gallery, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Palazzo Venier dei Leoni, the Punta della Dogana museum - François Pinault Foundation. Also worth a visit are the squero di San Trovaso and campo Santa Margherita, a meeting place for Venetians and students. The property's location is very strategic, just a short distance from the sought-after Fondamenta delle Zattere and a few minutes from the beautiful San Trovaso area, in an area convenient to shops and lagoon and land transport services. We open the security door turning our gaze to the view of the Zattere. The tourist flow echoes far away, despite the fact that we are a few steps from the Fondamenta among the most prized for Venetian sunsets. The step makes the apartment water-free other. The entrance hall, with custom-made cupboards and shoe rack, invites us to preserve the cleanliness of the place - brand new. The living room has a view of the quiet, private, non-owned garden. The ceiling beams chase each other through the living area, meeting above the original fireplace, which communicates its warm welcome. The sofa can become a bed, and the television, not connected to the antenna, allows access to streaming platforms thanks to wi-fi with fiber. The kitchenette is windowed and congenial: sink, dishwasher, induction cooktop with its associated cookware and microwave ensure the success of most recipes. The adjacent door leads us to the master bedroom, with a double bed with pull-out drawer and modern lighting, already equipped with bedding, chest, hangers and storage. The double-glazing we find on every window in the apartment offers us surprising quiet. We step out of the French window near the fireplace and onto the small private courtyard, already equipped with a small iron table and four matching folding chairs-the privacy is total on all sides. Here a closet with sliding doors protects the washing machine from the elements. We return and head back to the entrance: to the left we find a small bedroom with a single bed. To the right, on the other hand, we find the full bathroom with towel warmer. The apartment has independent heating, air conditioning and an air recirculation system automated.
