Heute beginnen wir mit dem Besuch dieser wunderschönen Wohnung im Zentrum von Scicli, beginnend mit dem Solarpflaster, von dem aus Sie die Stadt von oben genießen und in der Privatsphäre Ihres neuen Zuhauses bräunen können. Eine Waschküche im Obergeschoss neben der Panoramaterrasse, die wir gerade besucht haben, ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Wäsche bequem nach außen zu legen und gleichzeitig einen strukturierten Raum zum Waschen und Halten von Wäsche oder saisonalen Veränderungen zu haben. Wir gehen in die zweite der drei Etagen dieses Gebäudes, um die Wohnung zu besuchen, die sich über ca. 100 qm Gewerbefläche erstreckt und daher sowohl als Ferienhaus als auch als ganzjähriges oder sogar als Einkommen geeignet ist. Von einem gemütlichen Eingang, der den Wohnbereich von jener Nacht deutlich trennt, besuchen wir den Wohnbereich, einen einzigen großen Raum von über 30 Quadratmetern, der mit der Küche und einem praktischen Abstellraum verbunden ist und den Balkon überblickt, auf dem sich der Boiler befindet. Ein Badezimmer mit Fenster und einer ersten Badewanne mit Dusche markiert den Durchgang zum Schlafbereich, der durch eine Tür aus gebleichter Eiche begrenzt ist, in der sich die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden, ein Doppel- und ein Einzelzimmer. Ein Detail, das mir sehr gefallen hat und die Aufmerksamkeit bei der Renovierung anzeigt, ist die Wahl der Platten der Stromschalter in unterschiedlicher Anzahl in jedem Zimmer, in Blau im Schlafbereich mit Hinweis auf die gleichfarbigen Regale im Einzelzimmer und die große farbige Wand im Doppelzimmer. In den Badezimmern fiel die Wahl auf das grüne Wasser wie das Zubehör und die Farbtöne der Fliesen. Sie sind in Valentinorot, in der Küchenzeile wie dem Herd und der großen Wand des Wohnbereichs, die sich einer Wand mit dekorativem Relief in den beigen Grautönen gegenüberstellt. Moskitonetze an den Fenstern und eine Klimaanlage machen diese Wohnung besonders komfortabel, wo Sie, sobald Sie die Schlüssel genommen haben, sofort umziehen können.
Σήμερα ξεκινάμε την επίσκεψή μας σε αυτό το υπέροχο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο του Scicli ξεκινώντας από την ηλιακή πλάκα από την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την πόλη από ψηλά και να κάνετε ηλιοθεραπεία στην ιδιωτικότητα του νέου σας σπιτιού. Bajamos al segundo piso de los tres pisos de este edificio para visitar el apartamento que se distribuye en unos 100 metros cuadrados comerciales, apto tanto como casa de vacaciones como para vivir todo el año o incluso para generar ingresos. Desde una acogedora entrada que divide claramente la sala de estar de esa noche, pasamos a visitar la sala de estar, una sola habitación grande de más de 30 metros cuadrados, a la que se conecta la cocina y un práctico trastero, que da al balcón donde se aloja la caldera. Una lavanderia posta al piano alto, a fianco della panoramica terrazza che abbiamo appena visitato, permette di stendere comodamente il bucato all’esterno e al contempo di avere uno spazio strutturato comodo per lavare e tenere il bucato sporco o i cambi stagionali . Scendiamo al secondo dei tre piani di questo palazzetto per visitare l’appartamento che si sviluppa su circa 100 mq commerciali, adatto quindi sia come casa vacanze che per vivere tutto l’anno o anche da mettere a reddito. Da un accogliente ingresso che divide in modo netto la zona giorno da quella notte, passiamo a visitare la zona living un ‘unico grande ambiente di oltre 30 mq, al quale sono collegati la cucina e un pratico ripostiglio, che si affaccia sul balcone dove è alloggiata la caldaia. Un bagno finestrato con vasca prima e uno con doccia segnano il passaggio alla zona notte delimitato da una porta in rovere sbiancato in cui troviamo le due stanze dal letti una matrimoniale e una singola. Un dettaglio che mi è molto piaciuto e che denota l’attenzione in fase di ristrutturazione, è la scelta delle placche degli interruttori di corrente in nuance diversa in ogni stanza, in blu nella zona notte con richiamo alle mensole di ugual colore nella stanza singola e alla grande parete colorata nella matrimoniale. Nei bagni la scelta è caduta sul verde acqua come gli accessori e le tonalità delle piastrelle. Sono in rosso Valentino invece nella cucinetta come il piano cottura e l’ampia parete della zona giorno che si contrappone ad una parete con rilievo decorativo nelle tonalità del grigio beige . Zanzariere alle finestre e un impianto di condizionamento rendono particolarmente confortevole questo appartamento in cui, una volta prese le chiavi, vi potrete subito trasferire.
