Het ligt nog net in de provincie Drenthe, 3 km. van het dorpje Zuidlaren, nabij natuurparken zoals Nationaal Park Drentsche Aa en Geopark De Hondsrug. Het gezellige centrum van de stad Groningen ligt op 18 km. De gelijkvloerse bungalow staat op het waterrijke deel van het vakantiepark en is comfortabel en compleet ingericht. Er is een woonkamer met TV en een open keuken met onder andere combimagnetron en afwasmachine. In de slaapkamer vindt u er twee 1-pers. boxspringbedden in een 2-pers. opstelling en een ensuite badkamer met bubbelbad, regendouche en sauna. Hier kunt u heerlijk ontspannen. In de hal is er een apart toilet. Een berging met was-/droogcombinatie maakt het geheel compleet. Buiten beschikt u over een tuin met gedeeltelijk overdekt terras aan het water met tuinmeubilair en een aanlegsteiger. Er is parkeergelegenheid voor één auto direct bij de bungalow. Verder zijn er centrale parkeerplaatsen op het vakantiepark. Op vakantiepark Waterpark de Bloemert zijn er diverse types vakantiehuizen en chalets te reserveren voor twee tot twaalf personen.
