Here, you’ll find a large, charming old wooden villa, centrally positioned within walking distance from Gnesta train station, which connects you to Stockholm in just 30–45 minutes. If you arrive by car, you can park right in the driveway. The villa boasts a picturesque location with views over Lake Frösjön, and from the garden, it’s an easy stroll down to the water. The villa is full of character and offers plenty of space for a larger group. On the entrance level, you step into a hallway with space for coats and shoes, as well as a half-bath. Further inside, there’s a spacious living room with multiple seating areas to accommodate many guests, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and access to a terrace with comfortable seating and a grill—perfect for cozy evenings where you can relax and enjoy lake views. The kitchen is roomy and features a large fridge and freezer as well as a bar-height table. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms that can sleep a total of nine people, along with a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the ground-floor level, there is an additional large room with two more beds. This level also houses a laundry room, a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, and the villa’s sauna. Start your day with a morning dip in Lake Frösjön or spend it at the beach located just 400 meters away, which has a small kiosk open in summer. Enjoy a walk along the nearby path, or why not take another morning swim? Canoe rentals are available nearby, giving you easy access to a scenic canoe route. Willkommen in Ihrer Oase im Zentrum von Gnesta in Södermanland. Hier erwartet Sie eine große, charmante alte Holzvilla, zentral gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Gnesta entfernt. Von dort aus erreichen Sie Stockholm in 30–45 Minuten. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, können Sie bequem in der Einfahrt des Hauses parken. Die Villa liegt malerisch mit Blick auf den Frösjön-See, und vom Garten aus gelangen Sie schnell hinunter zum Wasser. Die Holzvilla hat viel Charme und bietet ausreichend Platz für eine größere Gruppe. Im Erdgeschoss betreten Sie eine geräumige Diele mit Platz für Kleidung und Schuhe sowie ein Gäste-WC. Weiter drinnen finden Sie ein großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit mehreren Sitzbereichen, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett sowie einen Ausgang zur Terrasse. Dort gibt es bequeme Sitzmöbel und einen Grill für gemütliche Abende, an denen Sie den Seeblick genießen können.
