This modern apartment was the home of my family and me, we have now moved to a bigger place since the birth of our second child. The apartment is modern, clean and its location is stunning. You are located in the heart of Hamburg only a few minutes to walk from the central train station, only a few minutes away from the beautiful Alster. The flat has two bedrooms, both of them with a double bed. The wall between both of the rooms was modified with a big Glas door, as we used the smaller bedroom for our children. Therefore, the apartment is ideally suited for a single person or a couple, children are welcome. Two single professionals are also welcome, please be aware that one bedroom is a passage to the other bedroom. You additionally have a comfortable living room with a dining table and an open kitchen. View more View less Diese moderne Wohnung war das Zuhause meiner Familie und mir, jetzt sind wir seit der Geburt unseres zweiten Kindes in eine größere Wohnung gezogen. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und die Lage ist atemberaubend. Sie befinden sich im Herzen Hamburgs nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof, nur wenige Minuten von der schönen Alster entfernt. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit einem Doppelbett. Die Wand zwischen den beiden Räumen wurde mit einer großen Glastür modifiziert, da wir das kleinere Schlafzimmer für unsere Kinder nutzten. Die Wohnung ist daher ideal geeignet für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar, gern auch mit Kindern. Zwei einzelne Berufstätige sind ebenfalls willkommen, unter der Berücksichtigung, dass ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangsraum zum anderen Schlafzimmer ist. Sie nutzen neben diesen beiden Räumen ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und offener Küche. Außerdem können Sie einen sehr großen Balkon von ca. 20 m² zum Ausspannen genießen. L'appartement est moderne, propre et l'emplacement de celui-ci est magnifique. Vous êtes situé au coeur de Hambourg à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la gare centrale, à seulement quelques minutes de la belle Alster. L'appartement dispose de deux chambres, toutes deux avec un lit double. Le mur entre les deux chambres a été modifié avec une grande porte vitrée, car nous avons utilisé la plus petite chambre pour nos enfants.
