It is exceptionally cut like a studio - with passage and stairs upstairs. Especially on the terrace directly in front of the bedroom it is good to sit, have breakfast or just relax. Although the apartment is located in the old town center of Mombach and is well connected, it is nice and quiet. Since the apartment is located on a private road, where neighbors (with children) live wall to wall, consideration is important to me. For "party people" the apartment is unsuitable. Stores for daily needs are within walking distance. A good baker is just around the corner, as well as a butcher and supermarkets (Penny/Lidl/Italian/Turkish) in 5 min. reach, as well as banks or a pharmacy. The apartment is easily accessible by car: 5 min. from the Mombach exit of the A643, Schiersteiner Brücke. Parking is possible free of charge in the Heimstraße. Nearby is the Mombach train station, from which you can take the train to Mainz main station in three minutes and to Frankfurt airport in about half an hour. Buses leave every five minutes from the local office or the train station within three minutes walking distance. Es ist außergewöhnlich wie ein Studio geschnitten - mit Durchgang und Treppe nach oben. Besonders auf der Terrasse direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer lässt es sich gut sitzen, frühstücken oder einfach relaxen. Obwohl die Wohnung im alten Ortskern von Mombach liegt und gut angebunden ist, ist es schön ruhig. Da das Apartment an einem Privatweg liegt, wo Nachbarn (mit Kindern) Wand an Wand wohnen, ist mir Rücksicht wichtig. Für "Partyvolk" ist das Apartment ungeeignet. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in Laufnähe. Ein guter Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke, ebenso ein Metzger und Supermärkte (Penny/Lidl/italienisch/türkisch) in 5 min. erreichbar, ebenso wie Banken oder eine Apotheke. Mit dem Auto ist die Wohnung gut erreichbar: 5 min. ab der Abfahrt Mombach von der A643, Schiersteiner Brücke. Parken ist kostenlos in der Heimstraße möglich. In der Nähe liegt der Bahnhof Mombach, von dem aus man mit dem Zug in drei Minuten am Mainzer Hauptbahnhof und in ca. einer halben Stunde am Frankfurter Flughafen ist.
