You have your own lockable cellar. The flat is only a 5-minute walk from the Ricklinger Kiesteiche, the Maschsee, the Leine and the Eilenriede city forest. That's really great and you live in the countryside. In one minute you are on Fiedlerplatz with two weekly markets on Tuesdays and Fridays, an organic market, various bakeries, Italian pizza, ice cream and delicatessen shops, fashion shops, savings bank, pharmacies, post office, Edeka ... in other words everything your heart desires. in other words, everything your heart desires. It takes 12 minutes by tram or 15 minutes by bike to get to the main station/city centre. Die Wohnung liegt zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten von den Ricklinger Kiesteichen, dem Maschsee, der Leine und des Stadtwalds Eilenriede entfernt. Das ist wirklich toll und ihr wohnt quasi im Grünen. In einer Minute ist man auf dem Fiedlerplatz mit zwei Wochenmärkten Dienstags und Freitags, Biomarkt, verschiedenen Bäckern, Italienische Pizza-, Eis- und Feinkostläden, Modeläden, Sparkasse, Apotheken, Post, Edeka ... also alles was der Herz begehrt. Mit der Tram ist man in 12 oder mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof/ Stadtmitte. Zur Vorauswahl benötige ich bitte einige Informationen vorab: u.A.
