THE APARTMENT Our cozy apartment was renovated in 2024 and is located on the top floor of a small apartment building in the beautiful residential area of Wandsbek / Mariental. The apartment has a large living room/bedroom with an open integrated kitchen, an additional room/storage room and a practical bathroom with a window. THE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM The spacious living room and bedroom are furnished with a comfortable leather sofa including a small side table, a large double bed made up of two single beds, and a cozy carpet. In addition, two practical wardrobes offer you good storage options. A small TV table including a television ensures cozy evenings with exciting films. The cozy apartment is flooded with lots of light from the windows. THE GUEST ROOM / OFFICE / STORAGE ROOM The practical additional room can be used as a storage room, as a study or as a guest room. A skylight also creates a pleasant atmosphere in this small room. A single bed without a mattress and a desk with two chairs as well as sufficient space enable versatile use. THE KITCHEN In the open kitchen you will find a small dining table that can be extended into a large table. You can comfortably eat your meals or enjoy tea on two comfortable seats. The floor-to-ceiling window gives you a wonderful view of the neighbors' gardens. The practical kitchenette includes a sink, a work surface, a stove and a small mini oven. The refrigerator also has a small freezer compartment. There is generous storage space available in the wall cupboards. THE BATHROOM The spacious bathroom has a large skylight, a shower, a toilet and a sink as well as a mirror cabinet. There is also a very large wall mirror available. The bathroom is functionally designed and offers you the usual standard. There is no washing machine in the apartment. You will find various washing centers within a radius of approx. 2 km. LOCATION: The apartment is located in a small apartment building centrally in Hamburg Marienthal / Wandsbek. It only takes 25 minutes (approx. 8.5 km) to get to the University of Hamburg by bike.
