Dear future temporary tenant, entrance to the apartment and through other doors in the building is either physically with a key, or if desired additionally, and thus contactless via an app from KIWI OPENING DOORS. You live in an upscale and modernly furnished, as well as technically pioneering studio. Unfortunately, our one-room apartment/studio is - not - suitable for people in a wheelchair because the fire doors on the floors are difficult to open. Our apartments have the following advantages: • The subway station is practically on the doorstep. This means you can reach the centers of the cities of Nuremberg, Fürth and Erlangen very quickly and without traffic jams in a very convenient way, and of course also the Nuremberg international airport. A car is therefore no longer necessary. • You also have ideal local amenities, a variety of international restaurants and laundromats nearby. • The apartment has a pleasantly well-designed floor plan. • The bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower and a toilet is unusually large. • The towel rail in the bathroom can be heated in two ways, and therefore also electrically. • The modern pantry kitchen in the living area has an oven with 2 hotplates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, which can also be switched off. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. • The living area has a real parquet floor. • The studio is heated with intelligent underfloor heating, which has been installed separately into the bathroom and can therefore be regulated separately. • The building itself is designed so that you get enough natural light during the day. This is ensured by a French balcony with a high railing and almost floor-to-ceiling windows facing the street. • Of course, if necessary, you can darken the room electrically and completely individually as you wish using two separately installed roller shutters. • As mentioned above, you can open your apartment door and other doors in the smart-like building with a key, or very conveniently with an app from KIWI OPENING DOOR. After you have installed the app on your smartphone, you are given the right to open all doors prepared for this purpose, but only when you move in/check in to the apartment. This is triggered separately via an invitation by email - confirmed by you. All you have to do is accept the invitations separately. Your partner who is traveling with you can also receive the same access if desired, and also only via the app. • After you have entered the apartment, you can access the Internet directly via the connected WiFi using a QR code. Sie Wohnen in einem gehobenen und modern eingerichteten, sowie technisch zukunftsweisendem Studio. Leider ist unsere Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung/Studio - nicht - für Menschen mit einem Rollstuhl geeignet, weil die Brandschutz-Türen in den Stockwerken schwer zu öffnen sind. Unsere Apartments haben folgende Vorzüge: • Die U-Bahn-Station ist quasi vor der Haustüre. Sie erreichen damit sehr schnell und stau-frei die Zentren der Städte Nürnberg, Fürth und Erlangen auf eine sehr bequeme Art, und natürlich auch den internationalen Flughafen Nürnberg. Ein Auto ist somit nicht mehr erforderlich. • Außerdem haben Sie eine ideale Nahversorgung, eine Vielzahl von internationalen Restaurants und Wasch-Saloon in der Nähe. • Das Appartement hat einen angenehm gut geschnittenen Grundriss. • Das Badezimmer mit bodentiefer Dusche und einem WC ist unüblich groß. • Der Handtuchhalter im Bad kann dual, und damit auch elektrisch beheizt werden. • Die moderne Pantry-Küche im Wohnbereich hat einen Backofen mit 2 Herdplatten und einen Kühlschrank mit einem Gefrierfach, der auch abgeschaltet werden kann. Die Küchenzeile ist mit allen notwendigen Küchen-Utensilien umfänglich ausgestattet. • Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem echten Parkettboden ausgelegt. • Beheizt wird das Studio mit einer intelligenten Fußbodenheizung, die bis in das Badezimmer hin separat verlegt wurde, und somit getrennt reguliert werden kann. • Das Gebäude selbst ist so ausgerichtet, dass Sie am Tage ausreichend viel natürliches Licht erhalten. Das gewährleistet ein französischer Balkon, mit hohem Geländer, und fast bodentiefen Fenstern zur Straße hin. • Natürlich können Sie bei Bedarf stufenlos den Raum mittels zweier separat eingebauter Rollläden elektrisch, und völlig individuell nach Belieben abdunkeln. • Wie schon oben erwähnt, können Sie Ihre Wohnungstüre und andere Türen im Smart-like Gebäude mit einem Schlüssel, oder ganz bequem, mit einer App von KIWI OPENING DOOR öffnen. Nachdem Sie die App auf Ihrem Smartphone installiert haben, wird Ihnen das Recht gegeben in allen dafür vorbereiteten Türen, aber nur bei Einzug/Check-in in die Wohnung gewährt. Dies wird über eine - von Ihnen - bestätigte Einladung per E-Mail jeweils separat ausgelöst. Sie müssen dazu lediglich die Einladungen getrennt nur annehmen.
