I will spent some time abroad and would like to offer 2 out of my 2,5 rooms up for rent. I love my apartment and have put quite some effort into making it cozy and homey. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Frankfurt for 3-4 months, this might be your place. I have been living here for 4 years, the apartment has everything a person needs - fully equipped kitchen (although I must admit I am no master chef, so do not expect high-end material here ;)), a nicely furnished living/dining room and a very cozy bedroom. The apartment is on the groundfloor(Hochparterre), but absolutely no need to feel unsafe or anything. The Günthersburgpark is literally 2mins away and generally you are super quick in the city center or if you want to escape the city, you are super near also to very nice spots like Huthpark and Lohrberg. The third room (the 0,5 of the 2,5 rooms) is my walk-in closet/home-office combination room. I would prefer to keep this room out of the lease and use it as a storage for my stuff while I am gone and you might be in my apartment. View more View less Ich werde einige Zeit im Ausland verbringen und möchte 2 von meinen 2,5 Zimmern zur Vermietung anbieten. Ich liebe meine Wohnung und habe einiges an Aufwand betrieben, um sie gemütlich und heimelig zu gestalten. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einer netten Bleibe für 3-4 Monate in Frankfurt sind, könnte dies Ihr Platz sein. Ich lebe hier seit 4 Jahren, die Wohnung hat alles, was eine Person braucht - eine voll ausgestattete Küche (obwohl ich zugeben muss, dass ich kein Meisterkoch bin, also erwarte hier kein High-End-Material ;)), ein schön eingerichtetes Wohn-/Esszimmer und ein sehr gemütliches Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss (Hochparterre), aber man braucht sich absolut nicht unsicher zu fühlen. Der Günthersburgpark ist buchstäblich 2min entfernt und generell ist man super schnell im Stadtzentrum oder wenn man der Stadt entfliehen möchte, ist man auch super nah an sehr schönen Plätzen wie Huthpark und Lohrberg. Das dritte Zimmer (das 0,5 der 2,5 Zimmer) ist mein begehbarer Kleiderschrank/Home-Office-Kombinationsraum. Ich würde es vorziehen, dieses Zimmer aus dem Mietvertrag herauszuhalten und es als Abstellraum für meine Sachen zu nutzen, während ich weg bin und Sie vielleicht in meiner Wohnung sind.
