In the other smaller room a single bed and a desk. Since it faces the street, a soundproof window was installed. Bedding is provided. Towels, hairdryer and iron also included. Ironing board and clothes horse. Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine. Hot water through water heater. The water heater also heats the water in the kitchen. Watch TV via WiFi with Waipu stick. The entire apartment was repainted. New double bed in the bedroom and new, comfortable sofa bed in the living room. A new refrigerator was purchased for the kitchen. The duvets and pillows are also new and suitable for allergy sufferers. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde neu gestrichen. Neues Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und neue, bequeme Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Für die Küche wurde ein neuer Kühlschrank angeschafft. Auch die Einziehdecken und Kissen sind neu und für Allergiker geeignet. Der Esstisch befindet sich in der Nähe der gut ausgestatteten Küche (Mikrowelle, Backofen, Ceranfeld, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr usw.) Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer: In einem Schlafzimmer gibt es ein hochwertiges neues Boxspringbett (1,40 x 2 m) für erholsamen Schlaf mit Bettkasten, einen großen Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch. Im anderen kleineren Zimmer ein Einzelbett und ein Schreibtisch. Da es zur Straßenseite liegt, wurde ein schallisolierendes Fenster eingebaut. Bettzeug ist vorhanden. Handtücher, Fön und Bügeleisen ebenfalls. Bügelbrett und Wäscheständer. Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette, Waschmaschine. Heißes Wasser durch Durchlauferhitzer. Der Durchlauferhitzer erhitzt auch das Wasser in der Küche. Fernsehen über WLAN mit Waipu-Stick. Das Appartement ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Es befindet sich nur 3 Gehminuten von einer der größten Shopping Malls Deutschlands mit 200 Geschäften unter einem Dach am Limbecker Platz. Auf der Rückseite dieses Gebäudes befindet sich die U-Bahnstation "Berliner Platz", von wo man in 4 min (2 Stationen) den Hbf erreicht. 7 min zur Messe und dem Grugapark. In 3 min ist über einen Fußweg die Parkanlage der Neuen Grünen Mitte zu erreichen mit Wasserbasins und Spielplatz, Eiscafe mit Urlaubsstimmung und 3 Minuten weiter erreicht man die Universität.
