Der Schuppen hinter dem Carport bietet Platz für z.B. Fahrräder. In einigen Regalen stehen einige persönliche Gegenstände, Bücher und Souvenirs, die Schränke sind aber größtenteils leer. Es können auf Wunsch natürlich alle Regale leergeräumt werden. Im Dorf gibt es fußläufig Kindergarten, Ärzte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und 2 Buslinien, mit denen man in 30 Minuten die Innenstadt (10 km) erreicht. Mit dem Auto fährt man 15 Minuten, mit dem Rad 30 Minuten. Im Sommer lockt das nur 300 m entfernte Freibad oder ein Badesee (1,5 km). Die umliegenden Wälder laden zum Spazierengehen und Joggen ein.
