Hello everyone, as we are taking a sabbatical year, we would like to sublet our great flat in Weidenpesch for approx. 1 year (01.07.2025 to 01.07.2026). Part of the furniture can be taken over. (couch, kitchen table, bed etc.) The monthly basic rent is 1070 euros. The additional costs amount to 120 euros. There is an additional 30 euros for the parking space with bicycle garage. The rent to be paid therefore amounts to 1220 euros. We currently pay approx. 95 euros for heating (heat pump) and electricity (2 electricity contracts = 1x heat pump 60 euros, household electricity 35 euros) The flat is very well connected. Lines 12/15 can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The REWE centre as well. We have installed a lockable bicycle garage on our car park. There is a car park in the immediate vicinity at any time of day. There are two other tenants in the house. We look forward to hearing from you. Ein Teil der Möblierung kann sehr gerne übernommen werden. (Couch, Küchentisch, Bett etc.) Die monatliche Kaltmiete beträgt 1070 Euro. Die Nebenkosten belaufen sich auf 120 Euro. Dazu kommen noch 30 Euro für den Stellplatz mit Fahrradgarage. Die zu entrichtende Miete beläuft sich somit auf 1220 Euro. Aktuell zahlen wir für Heizung (Wärmepumpe) und Strom ca. 95 Euro (2 Stromverträge= 1xWärmepumpe 60 Euro, Haushaltstrom 35 Euro) Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden. Die Linien 12/15 sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das REWE-Center ebenso. Auf unseren Stellplatz haben wir eine abschließbare Fahrradgarage installiert.
