Hi everyone, I’d like to sublet my beautiful apartment in the vibrant Samariterkiez to someone trustworthy. It is available from January 21st to March 2nd. Apartment: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming old building and features high ceilings, beautiful mosaic parquet flooring, lots of natural light, and a balcony (even though it’s less relevant in winter). I moved in this August and have lovingly renovated the place since then. With plenty of plants, some artwork, and tasteful pops of color, it’s the perfect space for cozy winter days. The apartment is fully furnished and offers everything you need for daily life – fast internet, a washing machine, and a dishwasher are also included. Location: Samariterkiez is known for its lively atmosphere, numerous small cafés, excellent restaurants, and cozy bars. Supermarkets, parks, and public transport (U5, tram, and S-Bahn) are all just a few minutes' walk away. Additional Information: My neighbors are very quiet and helpful in case you have any questions. Bed linens and towels are, of course, included, as well as a workspace with a monitor that you can use. The rent is €1,350 per month. For six weeks, the rent totals €2000. Zeitraum ist der 21.01 - 02.03. Wohnung: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines Altbaus und besticht durch hohe Decken, schönes Mosaikparkett, viel Tageslicht und einen Balkon (auch wenn dieser im Winter weniger genutzt wird). Ich habe die Wohnung im August bezogen und seitdem liebevoll renoviert. Mit vielen Pflanzen, einigen Bildern und dem ein oder anderen Farbakzent ist sie der ideale Ort für gemütliche Wintertage. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und bietet alles, was man für den Alltag braucht – schnelles Internet, eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Lage: Der Samariterkiez ist bekannt für seine lebendige Atmosphäre, zahlreiche kleine Cafés, gute Restaurants und gemütliche Bars. Gleichzeitig sind Supermärkte, Parks und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U5, Tram und S-Bahn) nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Sonstiges: Meine Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und hilfsbereit, falls man mal eine Frage hat. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind selbstverständlich inkludiert. Zudem gibt es einen Arbeitsplatz samt Bildschirm, der genutzt werden kann. Die Miete beträgt 1.350 € pro Monat. Für 6 Wochen liegt die Miete bei 2000 €.
