Gesellschaftsspiele können in der Rezeption ausgeliehen werden. Bis auf weiteres bleibt das Restaurant geschlossen.Der freistehende Bungalow 4plus ist für maximal 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder geeignet. Sie sind freistehend, haben einen eigenen Garten und einen Parkplatz.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Sitz- und Essbereich ausgestattet. Die offene Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kombimikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, 4-Flammen-Elektroherd und Geschirrspüler.

De woonkamer is ingericht met een zit- en eethoek. De open keuken is compleet ingericht met combimagnetron, koelkast met vriesvak, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat, 4-pits elektrisch fornuis en een vaatwasmachine.
Er zijn 3 slaapkamers, twee met een tweepersoonsbed van 1,40m breed en één slaapkamer met een stapelbed. De bedden zijn voorzien van eenpersoons dekbedden en kussens.
De badkamer biedt een douche, wastafel en toilet. Alle woningen hebben een televisie met zowel Duits- als Nederlandstalige zenders (NED 1,2&3). Ook is er een radio aanwezig. Op het overdekte, gemeubileerde terras, kunt u heerlijk tot rust komen. Gratis wifi voor gasten! Helaas hebben niet alle huizen een goede ontvangst. U kunt niet online werken of bestanden downloaden.Het kuuroord Uelsen is een gezellig dorpje midden in de authentieke regio Grafschaft Bentheim. Het Graafschap Bentheim laat u grenzeloos genieten in een prachtig glooiend heuvellandschap, waar bos, heide, weiden en velden elkaar afwisselen. De gerestaureerde wind- en watermolens laten de onmiskenbaar Nederlandse invloed op het dorp zien. Op zo'n 2km van het park liggen een openluchtbad met glijbanen, duikplanken en zonneweide (geopend bij goed weer van midden mei tot half september) en het overdekte zwembad met de langste glijbaan van de regio (gesloten ... Verder zijn er midgetgolf (geopend van begin april tot midden oktober), kegelbaan en een tennisbaan.
Speciaal voor de actieve vakantieganger is er de Fietsenbus (met aanhanger). Deze rijdt in de zomervakantie en in de weekenden op 2 routes tussen Bad Bentheim en Emlichheim, u kunt overal uitstappen, waarna u de tocht te voet of per fiets kunt volbrengen.
Bad Bentheim heeft een prachtige 18 holes golfbaan. In een straal van 40 km vindt u een groot aantal interessante uitstapjes zoals o.a. het dierenpark in Nordhorn (onze gasten krijgen 25% korting op de entreeprijs, vraag naar de kortingskaart bij de receptie). Dan is er Emmen Zoo, de pretparken in Hellendoorn en Slagharen en Plopsa Indoor in Coevorden. Ook het Moviepark bij Bottrop is slechts 1,5 uur rijden. De leuke plaatsjes Tubbergen met een tropisch zwemparadijs (8km), Nordhorn en Ootmarsum zijn zeker de moeite van een bezoek waard. Ook het kuurstadje Bad Bentheim, met haar nauwe straatjes en steegjes mag niet ontbreken aan uw vakantie. Het heeft een gezellig centrum met een bijna 1000 jaar oude burcht. Het zwembad bevindt zich op 2,5 km van het park. Entree volwassene € 4,00, Kinderen € 2,50.Op het park bent u vanaf 16.00 tot 18.00 uur welkom. In het laagseizoen heeft de receptie afwijkende openingstijden en kan het zijn dat u in overleg met de receptie eerder uw woning kunt betrekken.

Als u na 18:00 uur aankomt, dient u contact op te nemen met de receptie om de sleuteloverdracht af te spreken.

Unfortunately, not all houses have good reception. Working online or downloading files is unfortunately not possible. The swimming pool is 2.5 km from the park. Adult entrance € 4.00, Children € 2.50.You are welcome at the park from 4 pm to 6 pm. During the low season, the reception has different opening times and you may be able to move into your home earlier in consultation with the reception.

If you plan to arrive after 6 pm, you must contact the reception to arrange key collection.
Upon arrival you must report at the reception. Here you will receive the keys to your home. Not included in the rent price, but mandatory to book are:
- Bed linen is available and the costs are € 11.50 per person
- Service costs incl. Advance gas / water / electricity € 9.00 per day
- Cold surcharge € 3.50 per day between 1 October and 1 April
- Final cleaning of € 55.00 per reservation Not included in the price, but the possibility of booking are:

You can do this right in the back of the park in the forest. Perfettamente adatto per ogni esigenza, questo villaggio vacanze si trova vicino la città di Uelsen, a soli 4 chilometri dal confine olandese, nella zona boscosa del Bentheim, dove il dolce paesaggio collinare offre numerose opportunità per ampie escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta. Il villaggio è la meta turistica ideale non solo per le famiglie con bambini piccoli, ma anche per gli amanti della natura. Il ristorante "Koffiehuus" vi aspetta, con la sua atmosfera accogliente e la sua ampia terrazza soleggiata. Godetevi una tazza di caffè ed un'eccellente fetta di torta, leggendo il vostro giornale al tavolo, o concedervi uno dei deliziosi piatti del menu. I bambini potranno godersi i menu speciali e l'angolo gioco, così potrete restare comodamente al vostro tavolo fino al termine della cena. Potranno anche giocare nel parco giochi accanto al ristorante, saltando sul cuscino d'aria, dondolandosi sull'altalena, e divertendosi sulle strutture per l'arrampicata o per la scalata. Il parco dispone anche di un campo sportivo attrezzato per la pallavolo ed il calcio e di un tavolo da ping pong. Dal limitare del parco ci si può inoltrare direttamente nella foresta, dove è stato ricavato un percorso lungo 1,2 km. Nei pressi del parco si trova una piscina esterna (aperta da maggio a settembre), dove potrete trascorrere ore ed ore in acqua: potrete ricevere i biglietti per un ingresso gratuito presso la reception. Presso il parco stesso potrete noleggiare delle biciclette, presso la reception, è possibile ottenere informazioni sulle piste ciclabili ed i sentieri escursionistici. A disposizione anche una lavanderia, dotata di una lavatrice ed una asciugatrice. La scuola ha un programma ricreativo con diverse attività alle quali i bambini potranno partecipare. A 500 metri dal parco si trova un grande parco tematico d'avventura dove i bambini potranno giocare gratuitamente. A pagamento è possibile utilizzare Internet e noleggiare giochi.Questo bungalow indipendente 4-plus si trova su un ampio lotto terreno, può ospitare un massimo di 4 adulti + due bambini e dispone di un parcheggio. L'accogliente soggiorno comprende un confortevole salottino ed una e zona pranzo ed è corredato da una graziosa cucina a vista, attrezzata con forno a microonde, frigorifero, macchina per il caffè, piano cottura elettrico e lavastoviglie. La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto, due arredate con un letto matrimoniale di 1,40 metri di larghezza, l'altra con un letto a castello. I letti sono dotati di piumoni e cuscini singoli. L'accogliente bagno è allestito con doccia, lavandino e wc. Le case sono dotate di TV con canali tedeschi ed inglesi (NED 1,2 & 3). Vi è anche una radio. Potrete rilassarvi sulla terrazza coperta ed arredata.Il villaggio di Uelsen si trova nel distretto di Grafschaft Bentheim. Lo Stato ha riconosciuto le terme di Uelsen come centro principale del distretto. Soggiornare nella contea di Bentheim significa avere infinite opportunità per il relax: tutto in una splendida campagna collinare dove si alternano boschi, brughiere, prati e campi. Sette centri - Getelo, Gölenkamp, Halle, Ittre Beck, Uelsen, Ruote e Wilsum – vi offriranno diverse possibilità di scelta per godere appieno della vostra vacanza. Nel 1970 la città di Uelsen ha ricevuto il riconoscimento nazionale come resort ricreativo. I mulini a vento e ad acqua, oggi perfettamente restaurati, riflettono l'inconfondibile influenza olandese sul villaggio. Nel raggio di 1,5 km dal parco si trovano una piscina all'aperto con scivolo d'acqua (aperta da maggio a metà settembre) ed una piscina coperta con lo scivolo più lungo della regione del Grafschaft Bentheim (aperta da metà settembre a metà maggio), un'accademia di equitazione, un mini golf (aperto da inizio aprile a metà ottobre), una pista da bowling, un campo da tennis, una sauna ed un centro estetica. In estate, durante le vacanze e nei week-end vengono organizzate gite in Fietsbus (un autobus con rimorchio) per le regioni di Graft Schaft Bentheim, Bad Bentheim e Emlichheim. Questo servizio è ideale soprattutto per i turisti più attivi. Bad Bentheim ha un bel campo da golf a 18 buche. Nell'Emsland settentrionale, direttamente a Ost-Frisia, si trova la storica città di Papenburg con il famoso Meyer Werft. Qui potrete vedere come vengono costruite le grandi navi da crociera di lusso. Nel raggio di 40 km troverete molte occasioni per interessanti gite ed escursioni, come i giardini zoologici in Nordhorn ed Emmen, i parchi di Hellendoorn e Slaghare ed infine i parchi di Plopsa Indoor Coevorden e The Movie Park presso Bottrop, che si trova a un'ora e mezza di auto. Le incantevoli città di Tubbergen, con la sua piscina tropicale (8 km), Nordhorn ed Ootmarsum meritano anch'esse una visita. La città termale di Bad Bentheim, con le sue strette stradine ed i suoi vicoli, vanta un bellissimo centro storico, con un castello risalente a quasi 1000 anni fa. In breve, questo è un ambiente vario, che offre a tutti tantissime opportunità di godersi una splendida vacanza.Attenzione: al reception non è possibile pagare in contanti. I pagamenti possono essere effettuati con una carta di credito o con una carta bancaria. Non è permesso fumare negli alloggi. Gruppi di giovani sotto i 21 anni non saranno ammessi nel parco senza la supervisione di almeno un adulto di età superiore ai 25. Un gruppo di giovani di 4 persone o più dovrà essere menzionato al momento della prenotazione e sarà soggetto a un deposito extra di 50 euro a persona.! Qualora il gruppo non venisse segnalato prima dell'arrivo l'accesso al parco ed alla casa potranno essere negati. La disponibilità di Internet presso la reception è soggetta a possibili fluttuazioni.

Il costo è di € 3,50 per gli adulti e € 2,20 per i bambini (4-18 anni). È anche possibile riservarsi i biglietti d'ingresso, segnalandolo nella prenotazione. Avrete diritto ad un ingresso gratuito a persona, ed è possibile richiedere i biglietti presso la reception.
