- Barbecue Vila Les Chênes vrlo je dobro smještena u atraktivnoj rezidencijalnoj četvrti samo 700 m od Sredozemnog mora, u četvrti Guerrevieille, 3 km od Sainte-Maximea, 6 km od centra Grimauda i 10 km od Saint-Tropeza. Pristup mu se nalazi na kraju privatne ceste. Zemljište od 2.838 m² smješteno je u savršeno mirnom okruženju. Vrt je veličanstveno uređen mediteranskim biljem i drvećem, terasama i terenom za petanque. Iz vile se pruža prekrasan pogled prema jugu prema Sredozemnom moru i zaljevu Saint-Tropez. Iza kuće se nalaze dva spremnika za vodu od 300 litara i vanjska jedinica za tri dizalice topline (sve prostorije su klimatizirane). Sa strane i iza vile ima dosta parkirnih mjesta za vozila. Nekretnina nije priključena na javnu kanalizacijsku mrežu i stoga ima vlastiti kanalizacijski sustav. Sustav je opremljen 2007. godine u isto vrijeme kada i dogradnja i potpuna obnova kuće, a 2024. godine usklađen je s današnjim normama.
