Sie bestehen aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin mit Zugang zur Terrasse und zum privaten Garten, einer ausgestatteten Küche, zwei Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Zentralheizung und Schwingfenster mit Doppelverglasung.
Innerhalb des Feriendorfes stehen verschiedene Dienstleistungen zur Verfügung: zwei Schwimmbäder (einer davon mit Salzwasser), eine Golfakademie, ein Spielzimmer, ein Café und ein Restaurant. Sie können Fahrrad fahren oder wandern und dieses kleine Paradies zwischen dem Blau des Meeres und dem Grün der Landschaft genießen. Der Strand von Luz ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
