Beautiful terraced house with communal pool. The location is fantastic, close to the beach and all the town's services and restaurants. The terraced house has two floors, with 2 small terraces. It is very well equipped and the WIFI connection is high speed fiber. The complex is quiet and there isn't a lot of noise, but this vacation rental is on a main road so there is often noise from passing traffic. There is also a neighbor who has two dogs that bark often. These are noises that do not reach the holiday apartment very loudly and do not bother most people, but there are people who may feel bothered by the noise, so this circumstance should be taken into account when booking the holiday apartment. Ce sont des bruits qui n'atteignent pas l'appartement de vacances très fort et ne dérangent pas la plupart des gens, mais il y a des personnes qui peuvent se sentir gênées par le bruit, c'est pourquoi cette circonstance doit être prise en compte lors de la réservation de l'appartement de vacances. Het complex is rustig en er is niet veel lawaai, maar deze vakantiewoning ligt aan een doorgaande weg, waardoor er vaak lawaai is van passerend verkeer. Er is ook een buurman die twee honden heeft die vaak blaffen. Dit zijn geluiden die het vakantieappartement niet erg luid bereiken en waar de meeste mensen geen last van hebben, maar er zijn mensen die zich wel hinder kunnen voelen van het lawaai, dus met deze omstandigheid moet rekening worden gehouden bij het boeken van het vakantieappartement.
