This beautiful coastal house is a marvel. It is located at a short walk from the beach and its exteriors are ideal. At the back of the building, there is a big salt private pool, - 10 x 5 m and 1 to 2.2 m depth -, with 8 sun loungers and a fantastic furnished porch ready for your best barbecues. And, at the front of the house, there is a lawn area that surrounds an amazing terrace where to get relaxed. Inside the house, there is a large living-dining room, with TV-SAT, air conditioning and chimney. Immediately after, you gain access to the kitchen, with induction hob and a dining table with chairs and benches. The laundry is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 dormitories with A/C, of which two of them feature two single beds and wardrobe, while another one has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and cot/high chair and, finally, the fourth one has a bunk bed. All four have fan (3 of them are ceiling ones). There are two more bathroom with shower at the house as well. The accommodation is located in the coastal urbanisation known as Sa Coma, at only 600 meters from the beach in addition to offer a whole range of services in its surroundings as, for instance, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, leisure, etc. The golf course of Son Servera is also in the nearby, at 9.6 km. The air conditioning of the living-dining room runs from 2 pm to 7 pm and the ones that are in the bedrooms run from 10 pm to 7 am. Das wundervolle Haus in Küstennähe hat alles was man sich für einen tollen Urlaub wünscht. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichen Sie den Strand und wenn Sie mal keine Lust haben im Meer zu baden, nehmen Sie den privaten Salzwasserpool im Garten der Finca um sich zu erfrischen. Der Pool hat eine Größe von 10 x 5m und ist 1 bis 2,2m tief. Umgeben mit bis zu 8 Liegen der ideale Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Sie können es sich auch auf der schattigen, möblierten Veranda gemütlich machen, Grillen und Essen oder genießen den Blick auf das Grün des Rasens von der vorderen Terrasse, die ebenfalls möbliert ist. Im Haus empfängt Sie ein freundlicher, klimatisierter Wohn - Essraum mit Sat TV und Kamin. Anschließend kommen Sie in die Küche, die mit einem Induktionsherd ausgestattet ist und über alle nötigen Geräte und Utensilien verfügt. Hie gibt es einen 2ten Esstisch. In der Waschküche finden Sie eine Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, 2 sind mit je 2 Einzelbetten und Kleiderschrank eingerichtet. Ein weiteres hat ein Doppelbett, Duschbad en-Suite und Platz für ein Babybett und Hochstuhl (auf Anfrage). Das vierte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Etagenbett. Es gibt in jedem Schlafzimmer je einen Ventilator - 3 sind Deckenventilatoren. Neben dem en-Suit Bad sind 2 weitere Duschbäder für alle Bewohner zugänglich. Esta bonita casa de costa es una maravilla. Se ubica a un corto paseo a pie de la playa y sus exteriores son ideales. En la parte posterior tienen una gran piscina privada de sal, -de 10 x 5 m y de 1 a 2.2 m de hondo-, con 8 tumbonas y un estupendo porche amueblado para sus mejores barbacoas. Y, en la parte delantera, una gran zona de césped envuelve una hermosa terraza donde relajarse. Dentro tienen un gran salón-comedor, con TV-SAT, aire acondicionado y chimenea. Seguido está la cocina, con encimera de inducción y una mesa con sillas y bancos. La lavandería ofrece lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Hay 4 habitaciones con A/C. Dos de ellas tienen dos camas individuales y armario; otra es con cama doble, baño en-suite con ducha y cuna/trona; y la última tiene una litera. Todas ofrecen ventilador (3 son de techo). Hay dos baños más con ducha en la casa. El alojamiento se encuentra en la urbanización costera de Sa Coma, a sólo 600 metros de su playa y con todo un abanico de servicios a su alrededor, como bares, restaurantes, supermercados, entretenimientos, etc. El campo de golf de Son Servera también está muy cerca, a 9.6 km.
