Our holiday apartment "Mühlentraum" (Mill Dream) is located right in the center of Ditzum, next to the historic mill, and was newly furnished for you in 2025. It is situated on the first floor and has a small east-facing balcony. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer, washing machine, and toilet. A modern, fully equipped kitchen is also provided. The bed is at a comfortable height for getting in and out. It is possible to accommodate a third person. Please feel free to contact us. The apartment is not suitable for small children, as the sleeping area is accessed via a steep staircase; therefore, it is only suitable for guests aged 13 and over. A lockable bicycle shed and the garbage disposal are located just to the left in the building. Your parking space is in the Gulfhof parking lot (near Edeka) around the corner. This parking space is marked Mühlenstraße 8a and 8b and is available to you free of charge during your stay. Our prices include tourist tax and cleaning.

Unsere Ferienwohnung "Mühlentraum " liegt direkt im Zentrum an der historischen Mühle von Ditzum und wurde 2025 neu für Sie eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich auf der 1.Etage und hat einen kleinen Ostbalkon. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche, Waschtisch, Föhn, Waschmaschine und WC. Eine moderne Einbauküche, die mit allen nötigen Gerätschaften ausgestattet, ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Bett verfügt über eine kompforthöhe beim Ein-und Aussteigen . Es besteht die Möglichkeit eine dritte Person übernachten zu lassen. Sprechen Sie uns gerne an. Für kleine Kinder ist die Ferienwohnung nicht geeignet, da die Schlafmöglichkeit über eine Steiltreppe zu erreichen ist, deshalb bitte nur ab 13 Jahren. Ein abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen und die Müllentsorgung sind gleich links nebenan im Gebäude. Auf dem Gulfhof Parkplatz ( bei Edeka ) um die Ecke, ist Ihr Parkplatz. Dieser ist gekennzeichnet mit Mühlenstraße 8a und 8b und steht Ihnen während des Urlaubs kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Preise sind bei uns inkl.der Kurtaxe und Reinigung.
Nuestro apartamento vacacional "Mühlentraum" (Sueño del Molino) está situado en pleno centro de Ditzum, junto al histórico molino, y fue completamente amueblado en 2025. Se encuentra en la primera planta y dispone de un pequeño balcón orientado al este. El baño cuenta con ducha, lavabo, secador de pelo, lavadora e inodoro. También incluye una cocina moderna totalmente equipada. La cama tiene una altura cómoda para facilitar el acceso. Es posible alojar a una tercera persona. No dude en contactarnos. El apartamento no es apto para niños pequeños, ya que se accede a la zona de descanso por una escalera empinada; por lo tanto, solo es adecuado para huéspedes mayores de 13 años. Un cobertizo para bicicletas con candado y el contenedor de basura se encuentran a la izquierda del edificio. Notre appartement de vacances « Mühlentraum » (Rêve du Moulin) est situé en plein cœur de Ditzum, à côté du moulin historique, et a été entièrement rénové en 2025. N'hésitez pas à nous contacter. L'appartement n'est pas adapté aux jeunes enfants, car l'accès à la chambre se fait par un escalier raide ; il est donc réservé aux personnes de 13 ans et plus. Un local à vélos sécurisé et un conteneur à ordures se trouvent juste à gauche du bâtiment. Votre place de parking se situe sur le parking Gulfhof (près d'Edeka), au coin de la rue.
