The house is inhabited by three longterm renters, no place for parties! The janitor takes care of the garden, a lady regularly cleans the flat and areas used by all inhabitants of the house. Washing machine, drying room and space for your bike in the basement at ground level. Smoking in the flat is not allowed. The flat's kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, stove with ceramic stovetop, microwave, new cutlery and dinnerware, ... The rent includes bedding/towels and room cleaning service every two weeks, telephone/data/cable TV (not included and payable (plus 15% handling) on top of rent is the use of chargeable phone and Pay TV services). The flat is meant for professionals from wherever, who have to live in Dresden temporarily and do not wish to do so in a hotel, but in a real home. The home office is a ready to use desk with lots of sockets, designer lamp, office phone (allows conferences with three participants) plus handset, LAN-cable (WiFi available too) - just sit down, connect your laptop and start working!
